HSBC FR ISA Cashback

Have any of you guys opened the above in a way that has enabled you to claim the cashback. The T&C state that it has to be new money and cannot be money transferred from a HSBC current account or savings produce or First Direct too. I have both those bank accounts and no other. What a mess! Looks like it may possibly be showing by 1st September or so.
I've already received a small amount of compensation. Not sure if it will make much difference but I'll take the Ombudsman step next.
