Walked into town and only a few spots of rain which is lucky as I had the washing out and it wasn't forecast to rain until 4pm. Treated ourselves to coffee out and just bought the few bits we needed.
Next lot of washing hung out which I have just brought in.
Prepped veg for dinner apart from the potatoes which I'll do in a bit. Using beef from the freezer that is already cooked so shouldn't take too long to just heat through in the gravy.
Have run a cleaner through the washing machine, cleaned the downstairs loo and emptied the bins in the utility as it smelled like something grim in there. Bin now washed out.
Clean washing has been folded and put away apart from a couple of bits that still need to finish drying indoors.
Have taken the recycling and rubbish down to the bins out of both my bedroom and my office.
Tomorrow is a day off from kiddicare due to DiL (teacher) having different holidays to the DGS. No plans made for DH and I yet!
Just updating finances on computer then that'll be it for me this week.

DH and I did a combined flurry of cleaning yesterday. Hoovered throughout and cleaned hard floors. Bathroom is sparkly clean and I tidied the storage cabinet. I'm working through a stash of toiletries so lots of variety of lotions and potions are providing daily varieties. Dusted lounge, cleaned skirtings around hall, stairs and landing and cleaned the inside of the hall and bathroom windows.
I'm going to try and stick to next week's lists to keep a more methodical approach.

Did a few bits on Sunday:
Washed DD's car - it was filthy but doesn't seem to show the dirt. Looks very sparkly now.
Printed off the holiday insurance ready for May and put it with the passports.
Threw out the old passport holder - it was falling apart and has seen us through many holidays - and put them all in the new one.
Cooked dinner, washed up and put away.
