Morning
Oh, No, not the Cupboard of Doom!
The small one under the bottom bit of the stairs that you have to get on your knees to get into! And nowadays getting on my knees (and getting back up) is becoming more and more difficult.
However it does need emptying and even getting everything out and moved to the garage or the boxroom would be progress. Plus today went downhill anyway when I realised I have a check-up appointment at the dentist this morning.

Yesterday I managed to ignore the lists completely. Well, it was the kitchen after all. In recompense I did clear the admin pile and went to the allotment. There might have been something else, or there might not have been. I am loving today’s lists, but they are in my back pocket for maybe tomorrow. This morning, the old but in perfect condition dining table and chairs left the house, donated to the local hospice who collected. The almost as old and less than perfect condition (but smaller) kitchen table has been brought in from the garage, reassembled and given a clean. This might actually have counted as a Toots task, so on list. The DR also got a vacuum in the process. A friend came for coffee, odds and ends done, tidied etc, and spaces measured. I am eyeing up and plotting…evil cackling.

Understairs cupboard dealt with.
Some stuff in bin, some moved to box room for further consideration and only a couple of things put back - right at the front so easier to get to in future.

HoneyBear well done for the tax stuff; downloading bank statements is high on my list but not risen quite high enough yet.
Valli that's interesting about a driving licence; mine is only paper too. Mr N and I went to look at a few today but didn't get to the needing a licence stage for them to query it. I know what you mean about heart and head. I'm up to 2 major lists now, initially about electric cars. First list/table has all the things which are important to me i.e. range, sunroof, boot size. 2nd one I have collated all the 'top 10 small EVs' from 7 different places e.g. WhatCar, CarWow etc. I've given each car 'points' if they appear in the top 10 and added them together. Maybe that list is the 'head' one as it doesn't take into account my own preferences. Met some opposition in one garage - salesman said incredulously and with some scorn "why do you want a sunroof?". If I have to explain, you wouldn't understand……. If anyone has a small EV or hybrid and is very happy with it, I'd be pleased to know…..have only briefly glanced at a forum on EVs.
One load washing done, including bed linen.
Went for a run!
Did a load of weed-digging and also removed a lot of foxgloves from my onion bed, have bagged them up and put them on village FB.
Went to Mr N's photographic club exhibition which was at a new, council-sponsored coffee shop; a nice venue and reasonable coffee prices.
On the way home, went to several car salerooms.
Went to zumba.
Did some drumming practise.

It's tough getting rid of the past but it does free up space for the future.6 -

@Narco my crashed car was a hybrid automatic - my first hybrid and first automatic and I LOVED it. Toyota Yaris 2020.. got over 60 mpg, it was nippy. My next car will be the same. Bear in mind my paper licence is only a problem because it's part shredded - and the photo ID was needed for the courtesy car hire - having said that the bloke delivering the car said he didn't need to see the ID - I had opened the front door and that was enough for him!
Rabbits swapped over.
Part used bottle of motor oil offered again on local pay it forward group and has now been collected. Fling
