What do you need to spend £15 on? You can get a years worth of hayfever meds online for less than £10. Even a month's worth is only around £3

I need the nasal spray and eyedrops as well. They are expensive in Boots. Maybe £10. It's still a lot.

I don't know what antihistamines you are buying but the ones I buy are nowhere near £15! B&M sell a month's supply (30 days) for less than £1. Most supermarkets also sell a month's supply for a couple of £. There's absolutely no need to pay for brand names as the active ingredient is the same in the cheaper brands. Just check the active ingredient against the brand name ones to find the same active ingredient. I use Cetrizine as the active ingredient and that works well for me. It was originally recommended to me by my GP many years ago.

I actually prefer an eye bath with clean water to sluice out my eyes rather than putting drops in. It’s also a cheaper option.

No I want drops and nasal spray. Thanks for the suggestion though.

I have antihistamines coming out of my ears, I am taking them twice a day. They are doing nothing.

I bought some of that sticky stuff you put around your nose as I remembered that nasal spray has started giving me painful sinuses. Also eyes drops.

only one type of anti histamine works for me. Thankfully the cheap one but my partner has to have one of the expensive ones as no others work. Sucks.

Ok day today. I went to Starbucks and tried to work on my friend's poems. I was again thwarted by my struggles with Google Drive. I came home and did a few chores before cycling to a very nice coffee with a new friend. Curry for dinner. I sat outside on the steps in the car park and had a coffee them had a bath. Now I'm just relaxing before bed.
