it’s been quite confusing because I have two court cases ( small claims ) going on at same time. One is a rogue trader and then this one. I had received the dq from the trader and then their dq came via post ( in which they are trying to get the claim struck out ) and so I suddenly saw the DCB legal email which said I had to respond in 7 days and knowing my track record of missing things I panicked and sent my dq form off to the courts apologising if it was late .
I also emailed it to DCB legal as well.
uo until then everything was going as planned and hopefully it will remain that way .

At least it’s all done .
I’ve had mediation appt scheduled from other case so I expect will get mediation appt on this one if all goes to plan

Doing two court cases at same time has really taken it out of me and I’ve been adrenally exhausted and was expecting to have missed something due to this
