    urich lId out our claim with no problems. Quite the opposite, they were very obliging.

    I have started a thread headed Zurich Insurance class complaint, and received a big response on a number of different policy subjects. I will look into these as well but at the moment I am concentrating on Travel Insurance. Thus this new thread which is just for Travel Insurance complaints against Zurich.

    As we know Zurich Insurance are not paying out on Travel Insurance causing real difficulty for people. Some of the cases reported are truly appalling. I am going to put these cases together and produce a class complaint to the FCA.

    Please share your experiences and whether you are willing to be part of the class complaint. Please note this is only for Travel Insurance, I will consider whether to put in another complaint regarding other subjects.

    Please no parties claiming they have “nothing to do with Zurich”, and then attacking us for trying to gather this evidence.

    Good question, maybe someone else to answer, the FCA definitely take class complaints, and are carrying out an investigation into Travel Insurance and the failure of companies to pay
