@Travelperson you are wrong in believing I have anything to do with Zurich or any insurer, but as you won't reveal what actually happened then you won't get any advice that may help you on here or your other topic, which I've reported for merging as multiple topics on the same issue are against forum rules.

As we all know Zurich Insurance are not paying out on Travel Insurance and probably other policies as well.

I have started gathering peoples experiences of Zurich Insurance with view to making a class complaint to the FCA. So far I have been swamped with truly awful experiences, and the conclusion that Zurich never pay out is clearly valid.

Please share your experience with me and if you are willing to be part of our joint complaint. The Financial Ombudsman is also interested in this.

If you work for Zurich or are a company employed by them this is not for you, we are putting together a class complaint to be sent to the FCA. The fact Zurich are trying to obstruct this will also reported to the FCA.

What is the substance of your complaint (as asked and not answered previously)?

How are Zurich obstructing you when you can just submit a complaint online?

20 years in the insurance industry, Zurich have never been a client or employer and sure as hell not in PR.

Have made thousands of claims against Zurich on behalf of our policyholders and whilst not every one was paid out as I'd have liked or always as quickly as I would have liked they were one of the better firms to deal with. Others were vastly more painful than them.

I do find it extraordinary if “you are not employed by Zurich, or have no interest in the company”, why are you so incandescent with rage that we are gathering evidence of Zurich Insurance not paying out on Travel Insurance? If this does not involve you then why not just move on? Both the commentators above also seem to have difficulty writing in English, never mind grammar or punctuation. Let me guess you are not located in the UK? If you are, you probably should have concentrated a bit more on those English classes.
