Why is my water bill so low?

My conscience says "why don't they realise that their readings are somewhat weird and look into it ?"
I am registered for Priority Service as well and last year, we had a water outage and they failed to do anything - they didn't contact me to see if there was anything that I needed or even warm me about the outage !
I was left for over 12 hours without water !
So NO I am not going to tell them

What was your usage like B4 wet room installed bill wise?
Only guessing here but have you changed the shower head as some so use less water than other types.

That's immensely unlikely.
Using seven cubic metres in six months is less than forty litres a day. For two people.
A typical two person household uses four to five times that much.

If you have access to any bills going back and they have meter readings on them can you post them on here.
If you do have them you can also see when the water usage was going down.

Well that's me told then.

The on line bills only go back to 2019
I have none in hard copy

Are there no reading's on the online bills?
I am with Affinity and the readings are on my online bill.

here's the earliest bill available - again the figures are low
if you look below at 26/04/2019 it shows amount due as £0
but the details above as £223.89
221 litres per day is the amount used
I was paying £35.50 per month - but they reduced this to £14.50 per month
and weirdly - even with standing charges - I am building up a fairly hefty credit

220-230 litres a day, 45 cubic metres every 6 months, is about what I'd expect for based on your description of your household.
Sometime between that bill and now your metered usage has dropped to 7 cubic metres per bill. That's what's odd about the current situation.

yes - the meter readings appear to be correct as well - increasing by the prescribed amount
