Good evening, Time to have a seat and enjoy a cuppa whilst posting my list, as I never got a chance to post today, as I have been so busy with paid stuff and appointments.
My list from today
- Done paid stuff, including confirmed agreement with new freelance client.
- Took DD to her hospital appointment, she has now got a cast on today and is now awaiting an MRI scan on her arm.
- Popped to the pet shop whilst in town and got some new fish, as we lost some of our older ones last week
Still to do today
- Settle the new fish into the fish tank
- Do the required uni prep for tomorrow
- Take DD to the stables so she can see her horse whilst I feed it.
- Get an early night
I think that is everything that I need/have tackled today. I hope everyone is having a good Monday.

P & S came for coffee and a chat. When they left I drove into town, had my car washed, and visited Mr Al.
All groceries put away. Had a late lunch.
Walked up to DB's to feed Rosie and Poppy. Rosie was outside and is now in for the night. Poppy rarely goes out. Checked their food. Refilled their water dish. Watched a bit of telly while Poppy had a fuss. Then walked home.
I'll shower later after I've heard from DB.
Enjoy your evening

Another ebay sale - vintage catalogues with fabric samples included that were found in my Grandad's possession and he died in 1978 IIRC - so why they were hung on to I know not, though they have been in my attic for as long as we have lived here and now what was rubbish which should have been binned has made me a tenner - win win. Dropped stuff off at CS too. Hot tip - 'vintage' is a good word to include in ebay descriptions, I find.
Washing brought in and ironed. Get me!
Talked to 2 new swimmers at cancer swim - they are called Liz and Jill (Gill?) so, hopefully, I will still remember their names next week - might not happen though - I had to ask G/J her name again 5 minutes after she had told me. (Mind you I have also written down the name of a lovely lady I talk to at the Waste Not meal because I only see her once a month…and they aren't running it next month.)
Massive food order emailed to restaurant (26 people!) ready for SD's 80th. No acknowledgment received though, … hang on
they're closed Mondays - so I won't start worrying yet.

Fingers crossed Pops continues to improve Round. And Natty that sounds scary, hope you are better soon.
Back at the paid stuff after a few days off, I felt quite chipper this morning until I was told that something had gone rather drastically wrong while I was off. I actually wish they had rung me because I had to deal with an angry customer and an upset member of staff made worse by the fact that everyone has been stewing over the problem for 4 days. Slightly worried that it might get escalated higher up but trying to not overthink it.
LR dusted and hoovered and fire cleaned out, clean washing put away. Forgot to set the DW going earlier so I am in that moment where you have to decide whether to tackle the washing up or wait until the DW finishes and reload it, which means the kitchen is messy.
I want to try and get in to the office early tomorrow so I can actually be prepared for my 8am meeting. An early night is required.

Thank you everyone for your concern, I'm getting there just a bit slower than I had hoped. Although I will admit no-one told me having asthma would ever be like this sometimes. It would have been nice to know how it got so bad this time as I've never had it get like this before - and yes you're right Valli it was very scary, almost to the point where I would go in the downstairs toilet and cry with it. Why I never called 999 or 111 I will never know, although more to the point why DH never did this I don't know.
Did a bit more pottering about this morning - emptied out a box of gibble that had been sitting on the dining table for 6 weeks. Put things away or in the bin… Then I was so exhausted after doing this I fell asleep for 3 hours this afternoon.. I know sounds daft me saying I was exhausted from emptying a box :D Don't think I'll be running any marathons in the near future..lol

Good to know you're feeling a bit more like yourself Natty. Long may that continue.
I hope Pops continues on the mend and is soon back in the UK Round.
Strands is right up every Flylady's street today.
We're taking both cats to the vet this afternoon, and I've got to finish the last bits of the letting rooms. I'm looking forward to that being done and dusted - literally, Sausages defrosting for sausages and mash tonight with lots of green veg and gravy. Delish.

Morning all…yes Strands today fits us - and yesterday it fit my vol job, as we have co-working space there. Made it much easier. Stuck on wordle as I can't think of a wordti try which fots in with what I already know and 1 group on connections.
Meeting sis for lunch today, first time I've seen her this year. She was in Dubai not long ago…
Doubt I'll get much flying done.
Have swimming stuff to peg out. Looks like the weather got the memo about it being Spring. Happy days!

Afternoon all. Cleaned the bathroom and toilet this morning. Then went for coffee with DD1 followed by a walk and a little shopping. Back home to get lunch, stripped and remade DH's bed and washed the stuff. Already did a washload first thing which is dry and put away. Then I cut the grass, tidied up the hydrangea and Hot Lips Salvia and swept everything up. Bit tired now but hopefully I'll sleep well tonight.
Hope all the poorly people or people with poorly family members or friends get better news soon. I'm trying to avoid the actual news :(
