APCOA manchester airport £170 fine DRP
I need urgent help, if anyone can give advice!
I got a letter in the post two days ago from DRP stating that I have an unpaid parking charge from 07/01/26 even though I never received the first letter and I am sure I paid the charge? I checked my bank account and I can see two payments of £5 (£10) made to APCOA Manchester Airport terminal 2 since I accidentally drove twice to the wrong place and the charge is made every time you drive in.
However, maybe I forgot to pay one of the payments hence this letter I am not sure as they never gave me an email confirmation of my payment either. What should I do as the letter states I have to pay before 3rd of March or else the Debt Recovery Plus will advise legal action, and there is no email address to appeal this charge considering I never got the first letter and I paid £10!
I can see on the forum that I shouldn't ignore it but can anyone please help and tell me what I should do, (Who exactly should I email and What exactly do I say) as this letter has scared me since £170 is an insane amount to pay and Im worried if I dont pay I will have legal action taken against me.
Thank you so much!

Ignore them ( study the other airport threads. )
Do not pay. !

You don't need urgent help. It's APCOA!
😄
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

APCOA have never sued any parking case - ever. They’re not going to start over a dodgy airport drop off case. Starting any form of communication exposes the OP to inadvertently admitting driving the vehicle, obliterating any protection afforded by PoFA. Do not correspond with APCOA or DRP
OP - please check that your address details on your V5C (logbook) are current. Not updated details are often the reason NtKs are not received. Update, if applicable, with the DVLA urgently - can be done online. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Sorry but much of this is incorrect or basically bad advice and does not help the OP, it looks AI generated and AI is not the way to get help for private parking charges.
It misses points such as:
APCOA don't go to court, airports are not relevant land, there is no "fine", DRP have no power what so ever, you should not communicate with DRP, the appeals stage has been missed, there is no "tribunal", parking companies do not need proof of posting (the issue date of the NTK is used for this), saying you have not received the NTK does not mean they have lost the right to claim etc.

Study the other airport cases, like

Do you know which email(s) please i should send the template such as this one to:
his is an appeal by the registered keeper - No driver details will be given. Please do not bother with your known fishing expedition in an attempt to get driver details to try and get around the fact there is no keeper liability (and never can be under POFA).Due to this being airport land you will be well aware there is no keeper liability due to the byelaws in force and the fact this is not relevant land.
As there is no keeper liability then liability cannot flow from the driver to the keeper and thus is an auto win @POPLA . Please therefore cancel the notice or issue a POPLA code where you will auto withdraw
If you waste your time asking for driver details this will be ignored and you will still lose at POPLA if you dont cancel the PCN
So let's save my time and yours and cancel this PCN you simply cannot win this (and you know it).
