  • well a lot of people are saying the opposite and im afraid if I ignore it without atleast sending a complaint then this will escalate further.

Then ask those who are saying the opposite what they base their advice on when dealing with DRP. Get them to show some evidence

And the second part of you reply is just factually incorrect

How can anything escalate with DRP…….. given the advice you have been given

No one here is telling you to send any emails or complaints you have been told that APCOA do not "escalate further".

    • You are at debt recovery stage, APCOA (if they bother at all) will say it's with DRP they can't intervene.
    • DRP have no powers at all, they huff and puff and threaten with ambiguous rubbish then eventually give up.
    • From the way you are replying on here DRP will hook you in and frighten you more when there is nothing to worry about.
    • Those "emails" you quote are for the sham appeal stage you have gone way past that.
    • This forum has been going for over 17 years majoring on these charges, there is a wealth of experience on here way better that random advice you find elsewhere.

In short as the regulars have said; it's just APCOA, that don't do court, and Debt Recovery Plus that can't, ignore them why exchange silly emails with halfwits!

I recently got this letter in the post which is slightly different from the other ones and was wondering is this a letter everyone gets? should i be worrying or just ignore it.

  • Hi I posted this a while back and recently received this letter… does this mean I need to pay as this seems more serious:
