Nope. You can only receive a credit-harming CCJ if:

a. APCOA issue court proceedings against you (there is no record of them having ever done so, despite issuing hundreds of thousands of PCNs over many years),

b. You lose in court,

c. The Judge awards costs against you, and

d. You fail to pay the costs by the due date (usually 1 month).

No private parking debt collector can take you to court.

Now tell me you’re still worried about a CCJ in this case!

It's just a bog standard £170 threatogram already shown in the pictures in post 4 of the NEWBIES thread where we beg people not to post about, nor worry about, these daft letters.

I would send a copy of that Trace letter to the CMA as it is menacing and misleading
