Thank you @Dakota_Rose thats really kind of you.
Well, that’s Monday nearly over with, my anxiety as been high today so I’ll be having an early night with a cuppa tea and my kindle. I’m not in work Friday so it’s a shorter working week. I’m going to the hairdressers to get my roots done as my brother is getting married on the 22nd.
Payday is Friday, and my payslip has gone online today. My pay varies due to travelling expenses, so now it’s the mental maths ahead of Friday morning in bed moving money to where it needs to go!
I’ve had a letter from Moorcroft today stating that Nationwide have no record of a complaint, which I presume they mean write off request, so I’m not sure what CAB have done with that. I’m still waiting for the paperwork from my SAR and until I get that, I’m a bit lost as to what to do. At least they’ve put a 1 month hold on the debt so I’ve got time to come up with a plan. Once I know what, if anything, CAB has sent them hopefully I’ll have a clearer picture.
The police contacted me yesterday for his phone number, apparently they’re going to phone him and ask him to turn himself in. I think I know how that’ll go…
I’ve got food cooking, a chilli that I’d batch cooked with a jacket potato, so it’ll be food then early to bed and hope this anxiety leaves me alone soon.

Morning! I’m sat in bed with a cuppa tea before the day starts, office day today so I have to be up and out this morning and I forgot to make lunch last night because I was sat out the garden when the eclipse was happening., so that’s a quick job this morning, it’ll be a very basic lunch!
I’ve had an update from the police which I can’t discuss but hopefully an arrest will be made soon.
I emailed the contact at CAB about the lack for SARreply and I had an automatic ‘out of office’ reply so I guess I’m not going to hear anything soon which is a bit frustrating given that Nationwide say they have no record of a complaint.
I’m going to a friends house this evening, she had a small knee operation 2 weeks ago and has asked myself and 3 other friends to go there and have a takeaway and a few drinks so I’m looking forward to that and it’ll be a good distraction from all the other things going on in my life.
I’ve got tomorrow off work as I’m going to the hairdressers in the morning, so my weekend will start at 5pm tonight! I’m also off work next Friday as it’s the day before my brothers wedding, so another 4 day week, and then from 28th August I’ve bot 2 weeks leave booked. With everything going on, I am looking forward to the break, it’s difficult feeling like it’s my job to sort other peoples problems out whilst I’m dealing with my own.
Anyway, I’d better finish my cuppa then get up, I hope everyone reading has a good day xx

I had a lovely evening with friends last night, it was lovely to sit and chat, we were out the garden until dark and it was just lovely!
Payday today, so I’ve moved money to my bills account and topped up the emergency fund, I need to get my pots sorted into a better order and separate some to make it more organised. It’s a learning curve though and a bit of trial and error seeing what works.
hairdressers today at 11am, that’ll take a few hours so I’ll take my kindle with me to pass the time!I’m currently sat in bed with my first cuppa of the day and it’s lovely being able to sit here knowing I haven’t got to clock watch to get ready for work!

I made a rash decision whilst at the hairdressers and I currently have pink hair! It’s only temporary so will wash out after a few washes.
In other news, an arrest was made and bail conditions are in place. There’s not a lot more I can say about it really, it’s going to be a long road but there’ll be freedom at the end of it.
It was the dogs turns at the hairdressers today, so they’re suitably groomed and I bet a lot cooler!
For the rest of today, I’m just going to try and relax and not let my thoughts wander too much.
Have a good weekend everyone xxx

Morning! Why is it Monday again?! Eight working days left before I have 2 weeks leave and it can’t come soon enough, I feel mentally drained. It’s going to be a busy 8 days though making sure everything is up to date so I think it’s going to involve some evening working on the laptop to make sure the admin side is all up to date, that’s the side that can take a backseat when there is a crisis to deal with in the moment.
Payday was last Friday and all money has been moved to the correct places. I don’t need to do a full food shop so it’s just bread and milk really. I’ve also got just over half a tank of petrol so I’m hoping that’ll last the 4 day week this week.
I’ve got my brothers wedding Saturday so that’s something to look forward to and will hopefully give my brain something else to focus on.
If the CPS decide there is enough evidence to bring the case to court, it’s going to be a long way off, probably well into next year, so I have to find ways to box all this off.
Well, I’d best get myself sorted, have a good Monday everyone!
