Afternoon all. Two washloads done, that's both lots of bedding done now and clothes, mostly dry and the rest is almost there. Went out to buy Easter eggs this morning. Two of my granddaughters are visiting next week and we won't see them again before Easter so they can take them home with them. Then I went round to DD2's and helped her with some pruning she's been trying to get to for weeks (rain, rain, rain) and we got a lot done. Filled up her and my green garden wheelies (emptying day tomorrow) and there's enough left to fill up at least one bin again after the emptying. Swept up too so it looks fairly tidy. There's other work to be done but that will have to wait until she has the energy. She has health complications so has to pace herself.
Hope everyone's OK x

I focussed on admin tasks today and feel pleased to have achieved a few bits and bobs.
Vinted parcel packed and posted
Library books renewed
Feb's birthday cards written and presents wrapped
A couple of tricky emails written, checked and sent
an order for various bits and bobs my dad needs has been placed
Feeling very organised now

Evening all. Natty, I hope you had an excellent birthday yesterday x
Today I have somehow managed to fly. I've felt very tired and quite "off" earlier this week, but I've made up for it by
- PUPA the washing that was airing on the radiators, then giving the bathroom a thorough clean
- tidying, hoovering and dusting my room and the study-bedroom
- S&S'ing the kitchen
- dusting and hoovering DH's room and cleaning the ensuite
- - doing WMx2 (bath mats and towels)
- decluttering £££ to the plumber/gas fitter for a new kitchen sink tap, cleaning out two semi-blocked waste pipes, and doing the annual boiler check (he's very reliable, very tidy, and has been coming here every year since 2013 - I am happy to pay what I think are very reasonable rates for top quality work)
- finishing an admin job that has frustrated me all week
- taking Rosie for a very short walk between the showers because she hates the rain.
As a result, I am shattered now and will be going to bed early tonight!

Wow where does the time go! I didnt make it in at all last week and its already Thursday this week.
Thank you Valli for the list and Natty for the previous one. Natty - I hope you had a fab birthday.
Last week was a washout for flying until the weekend what with kiddicare, trips up North, migraine for 2 days and then when I was feeling better banged my head and had mild concussion. Flying in all rooms was mostly done at the weekend including some very deep cleaning when DH decided the cabinet wouldn't work upstairs in the bedroom. e spent 2 hours moving furniture around in the dining room, moving bookcases, sideboards, wine racks etc to decide it wouldn't work. So the cabinet is currently behind the door in the living room until my son can get over to help us move it upstairs. The positive/non positive note was that I eliminated another place where the lost house deeds might have been (behind the bookcase) and all the floors and walls have been cleaned behind the big furniture.
This week has been kiddicare Monday and lots of flying in the kitchen after the cookie and sausage roll making session. Tues/Wed and today have been at the paid job and just keeping on top of the kitchen and bathroom. Tomorrow I am working from home and DS dog will be delivered for the weekend while they take the kids to Peppa Pig world. I finish earlier on Fridays and as it wont be exercise day I am hoping that I can fly after work and then more again over the weekend. The bedroom door still has to be sanded and painted for the new room but at least it now has a curtain pole and curtains. Just need a lamp and a light shade to finish it off (plus the door of course)
I'm am going to take the Ipad up to bed and catch up with your antics from the last 10 days.

Morning all,
As luck would have it, I am back on list. Yesterday was spent on a visit from DSis and BiL. I made a new to me soup which was obviously ok as all 6 portions went. This morning I have changed DD’s bedding and put in the wm, then quickly dusted / vacuumed her room in her absence, ditto the spare room / craft room although that involved PUPA as well. I’m not sleeping particularly well as we are all on tenterhooks for DD to hear the results of an interview, so any spare flylady vibes would be very much appreciated both for her and then consequentially for my sanity.
Next plan is to make a couple of birthday cards for the end of the month / very start of March. I am incredibly bored and restless atm. I am attributing this to the weather and to February, and being unable to get out much, and seem to remember that it hit me about the same time last year too although much harder as I was seriously missing work. Roll on March, although we are forecast snow tomorrow which I could also do without. Never satisfied, me.5 -
Been to the dentist with what I thought was an abscess - apparently the meds I am on are slowing the rate of healing and that's why it hurts and I don't have an abscess.
Haven't been in to fly all week but I have sorted my make up bag and washed my brshes and looked at the use by dates and discarded some.
I've stripped my bed so need to remake that.
TD, WM and DW have all been pressed into service.
