    Monmouthshire regular saver 9

    No problems here: I had my first payment accepted at the end of last week, credited the day after (I think) I sent it.

    A few suggestions, some may be more involved than others, and all are just from thought as I run a text file, no sophisticated spread sheets :

    * Hide the truth - a tab to switch to when you don't want another person to see what you're really working on or see the amounts of money involved
    * For the taxman - depends on how much annual interest you make; numbers for your self assessment
    * Statistics - Monthly closures / maturities vs new opens;
    + number of accounts and money capacity breakdown by rate i.e. 8%A+, 7.5%A to 8%A, and so on;
    + monthly / annual / other period total profit;
    + current mean / average interest rate across all RS or combined EA and RS;
    + graphs of the previous;
    * Predicted interest - combining your EA rate and RS rate for the amount invested
    * Actual interest - what you've been paid and do your own calculation to verify; don't trust what you're paid to be right
    * Withdrawal plan - if you need cash currently in RS, where and how you will get it out for the amounts needed
    * Maturity notifications - Account, when by, action, done, accepted
    * Relationship maintaining - Accounts you will use / have to keep a relationship with an organisation as they didn't offer an RS good enough
    * Prospective accounts - accounts you've seen on moneyfacts / elsewhere that you're interested in and may apply for
    * Prospective organisations - Relationships / accounts you'd like to open in expectation / hope of gaining some member privilege; maybe a member RS or good EA or something else
    * Missed opportunities - RS you missed and why and what you can do to gain if offered again
    * Passbook and Envelope locations - Where you have kept your passbooks and postage paid envelopes
    * Telephone calls / other communication with organisations - When, who with, what about, outcome/actions. anything else important to you
    * Complaints - organisation, interactions, outcome, escalation to ombudsman
    * Log in / app use keep alive - for online access you rarely use, when you last used it and a reminder to use again by a certain time to keep it alive for when you need to use quickly to open an account
    * Organisation persuasion - for when you're speaking to an organisation that doesn't offer RS currently, a list of points why it would be beneficial for them and their current and future customers to offer a good RS
