Natwest and RBS RS

Does anybody have any recent experience of putting previously withdrawn funds back into natwest and rbs regular saver? No doubt like many on here I increasingly scrambled to be able to fund my RS accounts with the high monthly amount Monmouthshire could take and raided both but now so many have matured I suddenly have funds that have no better alternative than RBS and Natwest

Have you used this year's ISA allowance yet? Tesco have a flexible easy access paying 4.2%, which as you wouldn't be paying tax on it is worth about 5.25%

NatWest/Rbs RS

Yes I’ve withdrawn and replaced NatWest funds within the same month, only couple of hundred pounds with no issues

I've taken a couple of £k out and replaced in the same calendar month without issue.

Forgot to replace same month and a redeposit of £1k on 1st of month was returned (less the £150 legit deposit).

Re: Mon BS - to answer my own question, it seems that closed accounts continue to appear in online banking (with downloadable transactions), but are not shown in the app.

you can go onto online account and there’s a setting to hide old closed accounts

Tried to set my Cahoot simple saver account as my nominated account on the Monmouthshire app but it wouldn't let me. A message popped up asking me to call them to discuss.

Skipton regular savers

My Skipton member and standard regular saver are both due to mature. I seem to recall there used to be some weird quirk around what order it was best to open these in. Can anyone recall this in case it's relevant to my maturity instructions
