Increased risk at present due to the ongoing text code issues. You would need to successfully login once to request closure and again to open a new account all before Issue 5 is launched.

Yep, agreed - although I've not had the code issues since the weekend, and today they've been coming through nice and quickly. They processed my account close this morning inside two hours so if they do the same again, I may be OK. Worst case is I just end up with a single issue 5, and I'd have been there next month anyway!
