Newcastle confirmed an issue affecting a small number of users, primarily running Android 11 to 13 (inclusive). Fix being investigated, but no estimated date yet.

@Bridlington1 I have just found out that Zopa have withdrawn the 7.1% account. I tried to open one today after opening the Biscuit account, but was unable to locate it in the app. I contacted support who advised that it was withdrawn 19/08/2026. It is however still showing on their website and they are apparently in the process of "fixing" this 😠.

Oh, .... perhaps they're about to replace it with a competitive 8% er.

Nah, they'll be halving it again to a 3 month account.
