Ref : Monmouth 7% app saver.

Apologies if this has been asked about but how are people going out withdrawing these funds?

Online I can only see the 6% one (presumably as the other one IS an app exclusive).

Given Monmouth my nominated account now so I'm a little behind.

So if its not visible online do I just send a message?

You can use the "Add Account" function in Monmouthshire's online banking to add it, even though it is an "app exclusive"

Advanced notice- P1 of this thread may not be updated on 28th August 2026 (1 day only)

I'm due to exchange contracts and complete on my property purchase on Friday 28th August, as a result my time could get rather pressed, particularly later in the day. As a result any updates to p1 that may be needed on Friday 28th August shall take place on Saturday 29th August.

Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause and normal service should be maintained before and after that day.

Thanks. All rests on a withdrawal from a Tembo LISA, due to take place on 28th. If the funds arrive in my conveyancer's account before 3:30pm it should go ahead as planned, if it's after that then it gets pushed back to Tue 1st September. After speaking to someone who recently had their LISA closed for a property purchase, they said that their funds arrived in their conveyancer's account at 3pm so I suspect it'll be very close.

Needless to say this upcoming bank holiday is not the most convenient one for me.

I've no experience of either LISA withdrawal or exchanging and completing on the same day, but I know how stressful the whole buying experience can be.
