Newcastle confirmed an issue affecting a small number of users, primarily running Android 11 to 13 (inclusive). Fix being investigated, but no estimated date yet.

Impressed with their Customer Service... quick and informative response to the Secure Message.

@Bridlington1 I have just found out that Zopa have withdrawn the 7.1% account. I tried to open one today after opening the Biscuit account, but was unable to locate it in the app. I contacted support who advised that it was withdrawn 19/08/2026. It is however still showing on their website and they are apparently in the process of "fixing" this 😠.

@Cooliogti It's still in the (Android) app for me, scroll down the Spend tab, click Benefits and it should appear there.
