Quick email confirming they had the correct contact number. Now sorted. Very efficient.

Santander.
I sent a query via Sandi and support are supposed to reply sometime. Still getting the error. This was on the PC so tried using the browser on the phone but get the same error. Don't want to use the app so haven't tried that way yet.
Edit…
This time I clicked to open the t's & c's in tabs and scrolled through all the info before continuing to apply. This time it worked - coincidence?

thanks for that - all opened.
I manually fund all my RS on the 1st - not bothered about the interest, more the inconvenience of having a separate RS needing funding on the 23rd of every month - so i've added £199 now, will pay £1 on 1st July and then £200 from 1st August onwards.
Re: Bucks BS - paid my initial deposit at 9:45am on Monday - but it's still not showing in the account… will check again tomorrow.

I wouldn't risk breaking the T&Cs and losing out on 8% interest!
I don't use the app but the new account appeared very quickly via browser

Buckinghamshire…
For anyone who's still waiting for account details, mine have just come through. I applied quite early after release, and from what I've read on this thread there are people who applied much later than me who got their details sooner. So there's not much logic to the order in which they're processing accounts, it's definitely not first come first served, but it seems they are getting round to everyone eventually.

That's good to know, as I was beginning to think they had forgotten me. I applied on Thursday evening, shortly after it was posted here, and haven't heard anything since.

So after opening and funding my new Santander RS, can I put the next 200 in on the 1st July? Or does it have to be the 23rd of each month?

As per Claire, I applied Thursday evening and got my account details today.

Am about to close my Santander RS in order to open the new one. Regarding the funding date, my old RS I opened on 11th February, and funded every month after that on 1st with no problem.
