    Lloyds Bank

I skimmed both yesterday when replying to another thread about savings pots, and didn't notice the restriction; then again I wasn't deploying high levels of scrutiny given these accounts (and the process around renewing them) has stayed the same for a fair few years now.

Or maybe this is just the next step in the great "Halifax/Lloyds/BOS online systems actually enforcing their own T&Cs" tightening - first they came for the Halifax Reward current account triplets…

    Bucks BS

Same boat as you @Gers - I had a text message 13:24 on Friday saying they could see I had a technical issue and to reapply (with a link to do so) but when I tried to do so late that day they'd already turned the application page off.

My plan was to give them a few days to work through the backlog/sending details out to the successful applicants, then maybe they'll reopen the application link. Then if nothing happens by the end of the week I might get in contact via the online account to say I've been asked to reapply by can't see the link, that I did apply originally but failed due to a technical issue on their end, hoping that they open one for those of us with the application issues even if they're not reopening it for other new customers…?

I didn’t immediately notice it at first either but this is the relevant bit of the page on 9 May:

Whilst this is the current version:

I assume the actual terms and conditions have also been amended in a similar way.

    Re Bucks RS

Found Funding details e mail in my spam folder today as i was checking for something else, after moving it back it fitted between the other two e mails from Bucks(timewise),perhaps this happened to others on here as well. E mail had just the word INFO as the heading.

Edited to correct spelling as well as add last sentence.

Can anyone share the funding details for this as I haven’t got the email yet and keen to get a June payment in. Thanks

Unless you have your new account number then funding isn't possible.

Okay, thanks. Might have to give them a bit longer to send the email - worried it has disappeared via spam which gets cleared regularly….

Don't worry, my spam doesn't get deleted for 30 days and I haven't got the INFO email that solartom mentioned.

I reckon they are working through the backlog and we'll all hear something in the next couple of days. I applied on Thursday night.

Bucks are going to honour my application - great customer service!

Email this morning - We will honour your application. We had an internal issue with the applications so will honour everyone who has tried to apply.

They will either email an application form or post one to me. Top marks Bucks.

I applied on Thursday night too as a new customer (application needed further checks), but received nothing (email or text) until just now when I received my "Registration Successful" email… so I can at least login now - though no account showing there yet.

so for those still waiting, keep patient - they are still working through the backlog.

update - 2 mins after posting, I received the "Info" email… which included my account details (now manually added), the product pdf, t&c pdf and standing order doc… also, it says deposit must be received within 30 days of receiving the email (apologies if that was posted previously).
