Mine has added automatically (account details received 14:40 and a further email about 15 minutes ago saying an account has been added, please login to view.)
The interface is used by quite a few societies but they have discretion over exactly how it operates. Monmouthshire require manual adding (even an account that showed automatically in the app requires manual adding on the web portal) but Bucks clearly don’t.

for my OH, showing date as Friday when her a/c was open and deposited the fund - she did not check until this morning, so don't know exactly between Friday and today when £250 appeared but I think can assume that the receipt shows as of when the funds were deposited

So from anecdotal evidence it seems like Halifax reg saver cant be refreshed … will a Halifax regular saver even exist by the end of April next year when maturity date comes around…
Instead I've had a productive hour this afternoon - emptied a Principality triple access that had matured, withdraw most of the balance from Leek building society to top up the general savings pot and fund the July SOs, closed the Skipton and reopened so it now has a better maturity date, opened a new Santander Edge saver so that's 2 new ones maturing the end of June 2027 plus the usual calendar and google chart updates …. the only thing left to do now is fund Bucks whenever the account number arrives - I opened small hours of Friday so I am hopeful for tomorrow but OHs was not opened until late Friday so he might get his details on Wednesday

Re: Bucks
Are we satisfied that we have 30 days to pay in initial deposit as per email? Would like to push my opening date to mid July if possibleSave £12k in 2020 #42 £12,551.25 / £14,000 89.65%0 -
I couldn’t find a reference to 14 days in my email or its attached letter so perhaps they amended this since the earliest emails seem to have gone out saying 14 days and 30. My email said 30 days and gave 16th July 2026 to 16th July 2027 as an example term and that being 24 days away, I would say that it is fine.

Bucks
Hi
I'm having problems logging in for the first time. I thought I saw someone mention a problem with their phone number. Anyone had a similar problem?
Cheers

Can you close the monthly saver online?
I choose the rooms that I live in with care,
The windows are small and the walls almost bare,
There's only one bed and there's only one prayer;
I listen all night for your step on the stair.0 -
I've had issues, I e-mailed customer service and they pretty much sorted it out.
Its still not perfect tbh but its working.

I didn’t, having entered my number as 7xxxxxxxxx (as the 44 was pre-populated.) I remember the post and the poster had entered 447xxxxxxxxx, so it meant Bucks were sending the text to 44447xxxxxxxxx. How did you format your number?
