I couldn't find any product-specific T&Cs, just the same general savings account PDF that you've got. There was a fair chunk of information in the "summary" box but I wasn't organised enough to save this. One point I definitely remember is that the maturity date is from the date of first deposit and not date of opening.

Are they processing the openings over the weekend? I assumed mine would be next week…….

Is the account number shown online which has the first three digits of your surname the same reference number to use for paying in your second deposit. I'm too impatient to wait for the letter in the post.

Same scenario as me.

I.e. An existing customer who applied straight away through their website with no issues.

Two emails received today resulting in me being able to fund with matching Nationwide COP, manually add the account to my profile with them and set up a S.O.

I actually had them send me the T&Cs so I do have a PDF. I'm having some technical problems trying to upload it here, will keep trying!
