The application link had been taken down late last night/earlier this morning, so the fact that it is back should indicate that whatever intermittent gremlins there were have been resolved and anyone applying online now ought to be fine.

Bucks BS - I just applied as an existing customer and it failed after the ID check page “we are unable to complete your application, CS will be in touch”

My application failed at the Adobe page last night. I sent a message at the time just to make sure there was some sort of evidence of my attempt. Received the text with the link to "submit a new application" this morning and applied just now as a new customer.
I got onto the Adobe signature page then got a bit stuck as it wouldn't accept either signature or email address but I found that hitting continue at that point allowed me to sign.

Afraid not, they declined my first attempt, I tried again using a different web browser and it still timed out for me waiting for the signature step.

Got text acknowledging my application which failed and asked to re-apply at link and went though what was actually a full as new application (said I was a new customer).
All went though right to the end OK this time. Received two emails giving login activiation etc details.

With the Bucks BS account second try, I selected new customer xx

I am trying to apply online by clicking the "Apply now" button but it just directs me to the main Bucks BS homepage. I then try the "My mbbs" button but the same thing happens. I'm using Microsoft Edge browser.
Anyone else experiencing this now or has the product been paused again?

Has anyone that got the 'Unfortunately we are unable to complete your application online at this time. Your progress has been saved and our customer service team will be in contact with you shortly, please don't attempt to reapply in the meantime' message been contacted yet? My sig was submitted early last night and all seemed ok until the (soft check?) failed at the end0 -
Yes same here, the mbbs website mybbsaccounts.bucksbs.co.uk keeps going down, and then redirects back to their static website www.bucksbs.co.uk
