Nope, close and re-open for BOS.
I requested closure using the bot at the weekend but the a/c only disappeared on Wednesday so that was when I could open a new one.

UPDATE: funds are now in easy access account. So left yesterday at 7.00am showed in account at 5.40ishpm today.
Ok, thanks for the info. Probably best in future then to fund the APP based RS direct. 👍

BoS RS Renewal
When I tried to do this, I wasn't allowed to open another BoS RS until 12 months after the initial one had been opened. So it's one on my 'can't refresh' list. (Not that I have an official one, but even so…)

Been a while since I last posted so here's where I'm at with things:
Closed my Nationwide Regular Saver instantly in app, £200 + £2.14 interest on 29th April)
*Seems I'm eligible for the £100 payout, not sure if that contributed or not but certainly didn't expect to be eligible this year so nice surprise*
CO OP Regular Saver still a slow etc process, mine "matured" Friday, didn't show up as converted until today, my balance is showing as £3000, sorry what?, where's my interest?, after contacting CO OP on X they said I won't see my interest until Monday.
I've also applied for a new regular saver, again awkward to apply, they already hold details yet you have to fill out like you a new customer etc, should just be able to just confirm details in app.
What's also stupid about the form is you have to give your sort code and account number at the start AND the end.
My Principality matured today into a maturity account as I didn't give instructions as I thought it might have been my last regular + I've been too busy with other things, turns out I still have an issue 5 left with plenty of time to go.
Requested the £31.22 interest out earlier.
Closed a Santander Edge, opened a new one
Otherwise just been adding to my Virgin & 7% Monmouthshire.
Waiting for interest on a Club Lloyds too, won't be much as there's only £1 left in it, lol.
Saffron members month due to end in a few days, think it's 5th or 6th for me, but yeah wondering why they moving it to September, always been a June thing hasn't it?
Going forward I'll probably get a new Club Lloyds, may get another Nationwide, possibly get the next Saffron & probably continue funding Virgin & Monmouthshire & Principality until they end

You might be able to by using a work-around. I wouldn't have thought live chat would tell you what work-arounds might work.

My Skipton reg saver matured today, Money should arrive Monday.
Opened the new one, sent £250, Plus set up a SO for the 1st.
Hope it works, due to weekend.
Worth a try though.

I presume you mean Standing Order rather than direct debit?
You might find the £250 comes back, as Skipton's clocks don't reset for the month until working hours begin on the first. There's always reports of people's money being returned when sent in the early hours to Skipton

Agree, Skipton will credit any weekend payments with Monday's date, so you'll end up with two payments in June.
No harm in trying. I wouldn't try that with Coop though - they send you a warning letter if you attempt to over-fund, and put you on the naughty step.

Me neither, nor my Club Lloyds and Halifax in March / April. It was a close and reopen for all of them.
