Same issue for days, tried to delete and reinstall app but keeps telling me they have issues. Login via website works fine. Their app leaves a lot to desire for… and custtomer service, albeit friendly, is rather useless. Submitted 4 ISA transfer requests on 8th April, 3 done and one with Aldermore still no movement of funds and both providers accusing the other one being at fualt. 2 Complaints and a likely case for FOS.

How old is your phone? I was having problems with a few apps a few months ago. Everyone else saying they weren't having any problems.
Got a new phone (which I needed to anyway) and issues all solved.

Re. Monmouthshire BS regular savers
Both of my accounts show a transaction on 1st April that says my interest projection is £0.00. Was that an April Fool joke or what?!

I think it's because the system they use (also used by the Mansfield BS and others) insists on an annual fixed date for interest payments. Mansfield do actually use this, in their case the 31st December but Monmouthshire pay on the 12 month anniversary so that explains the zero interest entry. My theory anyway!

Dudley BS have launched a Bridgnorth Lions Club Regular Saver - 1322 at 5% (var).

Samsung phone from 2020. Everything else, including another 60-70 or more apps working fine without issue and Saffron worked well before their upgrades.
I can deal with Saffron website login if needed so not a biggy.
P.S. No need for a few pages of phone and app conversation, we've had enough of that 😎

I was up in Stourbridge today opening the Dudley Regular Saver. Glad 5% doesn't do it for me!

I currently do not have a Saffron saver but does this mean that if I were to open one now and put a small bit in (however bad the interest rate is), I would then have access to this 'member's month in September'? (I'm assuming that means member rates rather than non-member rates?)

You might do. Depends what the T&Cs are of whatever account they might launch is.
