Thank you all! 😁 I'm going to find it, that will seem like a real success, being in the £6ks. I did sell our spare pair of eclipse glasses the other day, so that's £3 I forgot to PAD. I've been busy doing surveys today, but not at cashout yet.
I did (unsurprisingly) go for the afternoon with the book. It's too hot to do anything else!
I forgot to mention I actually got a Lidl veg box this morning, it wasn't the most exciting (lettuce, celery, plums, corn on the cob, an apple) but I'll use it all so it was definitely worth it. I don't like celery so it can go for SOTW basket. It's in date and in perfect condition, I can't understand why it was in there, same with the lettuces, which were dated 16th.
I got DH to cut my hair today as it was doing my head in in this heat.
I got a message to say I've been nominated for Woman of the Year at SW this week. I am very surprised as I can't imagine who might have nominated me, I'm not the most outgoing of people! I don't think I have a chance of winning, but it's nice anyway.
