    Do you eat fish and spicy foods at all @jwil? Both of these are supposed to help when you hit a plateau. I was at target for 12 years and then a couple of years ago I started putting weight back on and I'm now nearly half stone over top end of target range and really struggling to lose it. I think I need to mix things up a bit more too!
