Thank you all 😁 It's nice to see it going down.
Good advice, thank you. I'm trying to change my habits permanently, so I am not 'dieting'. It's partly why I'm happy to take the scenic route, even though I'd quite like to see it moving down again now.

Happy Easter everyone!
We've had a nice day so far. More of a restful day today, but we did go for a walk around the park and to feed the ducks. It was lovely. We avoided the storm, hope it wasn't too bad for everyone who was in it.
We've had a nice roast, and are now settling in for the afternoon. I have some easter eggs, but not too many and I shall enjoy them. It's a big difference from previous years, where I am normally eating hot cross buns from the second they appear in the shops (I like the fresh ones, not the packeted ones) and indulging in Easter eggs over a period of weeks rather than days!

I can easily do this too. Chocolate will always be my nemesis!

Chocolate is my nemesis too. Sigh.

Back to work today but at least it's just today and tomorrow. I'm not feeling well, not sure why. Hopefully it will ease. I didn't sleep well last night which won't be helping.
I've finished the easter eggs today so was hoping to get back on track, but then DH bought me home a couple of packets of mini eggs as they were reduced. I'm sure I'll cope!
We were out yesterday and went to two NT places. It was lovely. We're all on track for the 100 miles, but there's a bit of variation. I haven't done any real walking today, I'm considering going out for a bit, but I need to do my shopping, and it might be better to not do too much today. Good news is my knee is holding up, and although it's still painful, it's not really any worse than it has been.
