Very envious of the reduced price mini eggs.
Please book a GP appt for referral to physio consultation, there is no call for you constantly being aware of and wary of your knee x

I did 😁
I enjoyed the mini eggs!
There's no point in me going to physio - I've looked on the NHS website and the advice and exercise is exactly the same as I was given before. They told me then that these things can take months to improve, and mine is definitely improving, albeit slowly. I was worried that doing a lot of extra walking this month might make it worse, but touch wood it doesn't seem to be. If it stops improving, or gets worse then I'll go, but if it's still getting better there's no point.

I'm on leave now, hurrah! I'm a bit out of it though as work was crazy busy yesterday and I didn't sleep well as a result of having a very busy head. I much prefer slow exits from work to leave!
A small addition to the PAD today from ebay cashout.
Little jwil is going out with his friends today so little miss and I shall head out and try and get a few steps in, then just chill for the rest of the day.
I've prepped some of the swede I bought in the easter deals, and will mash and freeze that. I've got another batch to do, and some cabbage too. I stocked up on onions too but they'll last fine.
I added some more languages to my Duo the other day so I'm now doing German, Spanish, Russian and Italian as well as the French ongoing review. It's not as confusing as I thought it would be though Russian blows my mind a lot 😆

Enjoy your leave 😊 and hats off to you for attempting that many languages!

Sorry to nag about knee! Glad you've looked it up and feel it's improving in keeping with the advice. I just always worry when people have had an opposite side problem that they underestimate how much strain the other side has had to take, its so easy to get into painful movement habits without realising because you're trying to do the right thing and be active!
Happy leave to you 🥳🥂
That is a stunning array of languages. I only know a teeny bit of Russian but quite a lot of words are the same or similar so once you can remember the not-similar Cyrillic alphabet letters you can quickly work out if it's 'word I phonetically recognise' or 'word I do not know' which helps

Well done on learning all those languages. I started to learn Greek but stopped when it started introducing a different alphabet. I only wanted to learn a few words for holiday purposes.
Re your knee, I’ve heard people sing the praises of Austin Goh on YT for various ailments so it might be worth looking to see if he does something for knees.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)1 -
It's fine, I think it's good when people point out things you might be missing.
That's good about Russian, I always wanted to learn it!
With Russian, they just throw you straight into it, I thought there would be an English start, but it's all in Russian straight away.
Thanks for the knee tip, I'll take a look
