I've been doing SW since 2010 but don't go to group any more. I use a lot of recipes from Pinch of Nom and also from Slimming Eats. You need to work out the Swips yourself but easily done. I have some of the PON books and I go through them when I get them and work out how many Swips the ones I'm likely to try are and write it in pencil on the page so I don't have to work it out each time.

Hope you can get your sleep sorted over the Easter break. It's horrible when you can't sleep.

Ask for a physio appointment when you have a moment spare, it's a different knee so may need different exercises, especially if it was doing extra work for the knee team when the other one was painful

There is an app and there's loads on there. I'm out of the habit of using it, so thank you for the nudge, I will have a good look again.

Thank you. I've got loads of recipe books and recipes saved online, I just get in the habit of doing the same few meals. I will have to be more adventurous!

Thank you. I'll see how it gets on. When I look on the nhs website, it all seems to be the same advice for different types of pain. It's improved from when I first hurt it, so hopefully it's getting there.

Another better night's sleep last night thankfully. I'm looking forward to the 4 day week this week, no more school runs for a couple of weeks!

DH is also off this easter, we worked out it's probably the first one off in at least 20 years. It's the first job he's had in a long time where he doesn't have to work bank holidays.

I'm in the office today which is a shame because it's nice and sunny and I don't think it's meant to stay that way. I've prepped lunch to take with me, and a SW pulled pork is in the slow cooker for tonight.
