Thank you, though it's actually my end of week so even better 😁

I am so overwhelmed with life this week. I have been mainlining chocolate which is not good. I've done the second of 3 3hr sessions on ADHD this week. I find it quite ironic that a session on attention deficit goes on for 3 hrs 😂 It's useful but a lot to take in.
With work being a challenge too, I am completely peopled out and overstimulated at the moment. I am going to head upstairs to sit in silence and darkness!

That is far too ironic 😭 😂 Maybe the third session is a short clip going 'nah just joking, we know it took you half a decade to watch the last two'?! 😁
Glad it's helpful though, and absolutely make sure to make time for yourself, ships can't sail well without their captains

It's definitely full on! I'd have preferred more shorter sessions. Especially as I need to work around it too.

I took myself off to the seaside this morning for a couple of hours. It was lovely if not a bit wet and cold! Annoyingly the sun came out as I was coming home.
I am not sleeping very well at the moment, so I've looked up the knee exercises I was given before, as if it's not DH snoring, or a loo visit, it's my knee hurting!
They will also help as little miss announced that she wants to raise some money for charity by doing something. So we've had a look about and she's decided on walking 100 miles in April for Comic Relief. I will sign up too so I can do it with her, and little jwil has suggested he might do it as well. DH will then probably be unofficially doing it too 😁. It feels like a lot but it's roughly a mile each way to school, and it will be the easter holidays too so we'll be able to get out for some longer walks, so it should be achievable. Hopefully the weather will favour us!

Ah that's a lovely idea and good on little miss wanting to do summat for charity. Try to take a pic of each mile so you can look back on them and smile even if you weren't smiling in the pouring rain 😁

Well done to little miss for coming up with that idea 🥰

That's a good idea thank you, as I doubt I'll be smiling much 😂
