So hard for little miss and for you. Has she gone into any specifics about why she feels like an outsider? Anything that could be tried to be made into a positive with books that are for that age group about that issue? Is it time for another chat with the school about if action plans are being implemented?

You will absolutely smash it paying off workspace with mse ways, looking forward to being inspired 🍻

What kind of programmes does Little Miss watch? My DS has N3tflix and D1sn3y+ as he isn't allowed socials or Y0u Tube, I'm trying to think what he has watched that might be helpful… Diary of a Wimpy Kid is good (there's a cartoon and a human version of the same film!), where he has a best friend and they fall out, he also has a big brother that annoys him etc, to show that life isn't always positive and light. I'm not sure whether that would be appropriate?

I'll have a think today to see if there any other examples too. Sending lots of hugs x

Thank you, any recommendations would be very useful! She's read a few of the wimpy kid books. She does have you tube, but also watches animations and cartoons a lot. I'm trying to steer her towards a little more real life acting so she can see real people interacting. We started watching the babysitters club the other day, just because I used to like those books when I was a kid 😁

I do feel for little miss my DD was similar when she was at school, although she did have a handful of friends. She's just been diagnosed with autism and ADHD as an adult which explains a lot.

Oh no to DH's job rumours, not what you needed to hear. There's always something isn't there. Hopefully just a rumour.
