Ooh look at the PAD total! One more day, though that will probably just be a standard one. A nice start to the year!
Happy payday! I've done the money shuffle and made some payments, but most won't come out until next week. I'm looking forward to a lottery or PB win so I can become a permanent lady of leisure.
I've really enjoyed my week, we've eaten better, I've been more active, I've achieved some stuff at home, and I've lazed around a bit too! It would have been nice to get out and about a bit more, but it is January after all. It's been lovely being more 'present' for the kids and not having to juggle everything.

Aw that's nice to hear.
I too expect to be a lady of leisure through lottery and/or PB wins extremely soon, we'll have to coordinate our trips to Harrods and whatnot 🥂
That PAD total is very impressive, and you're only £31 away from the next half a grand milestone!

That’s a great PAD start to the year 🥳
Sorry to hear little miss is still having issues at school. She sounds such a lovely girl it doesn’t seem fair.

It always breaks my heart a little when the kids have issues at school, especially when they are still so small. Hopefully Brownies (the club!) will have helped. My youngest has always been slightly quirky and never had any particularly close friends at primary but has most definitely found his people at secondary and is thriving now so don't lose hope!

Excellent PAD for January, glad you've had a good week.

Ooh yes, we can be ladies who lunch too!
Thank you 😊 It's such a shame for little miss, she's a lovely girl 😔
Thank you 😊 Hope yours is going ok too.
She enjoyed Brownies, but it didn't seem to help much. That's good to know about your youngest, I'm hopeful that once she gets to secondary school she'll be able to meet new people with similar interests.
Thank you 😃

Happy February! Spring is on the way!
I've padded some sales and interest today so a nice start to the month.
We had a good decluttering month in January and have started February well with sorting through little miss's clothes with her this morning, and getting both kids to sort through their shoes after we bought some new ones for little jwil yesterday.
February may be short but it's a spendy one as there are 4 birthdays (including mine and little jwil's). We've just booked little jwil's birthday outing, and his gift.
1/2lb off at SW yesterday, I was a bit disappointed with that, but it's better than the 2lb gain my scales were showing the day before!
