Thank youjoedenise said:Well done on your loss - we always want more! I've had a Maintain for the last 2 weeks even though I've stuck to plan. I find it really frustrating but hoping it will come off next week!
It's so frustrating isn't it. I hope you get your loss next week! "Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee2 -

Another quiet day planned today. It's chucking it down again!
DH sold an item so that is ready for posting. An item of the kids also sold, but then the buyer immediately requested a cancellation. Why do people do that! It's so annoying.
I'm going to update the financials and my spending spreadsheet. Thank goodness it's almost payday. I've done pretty well with not spending this month, but next month will be spendy due to loads of birthdays."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Very annoying when customer cancel straight away, or you get a message saying my child bough by mistake.

January has been a long month, February I find always flies by.

Bizarrely, the item of the kids that sold yesterday and was cancelled, sold again to someone else! It's been on there forever so no idea what the sudden rush is. I'm just thankful it's gone though as I was considering just binning it.
DH has also sold another two items, so that's good. They can be posted tomorrow.
I've had a nice quiet day today. I've made a start in our bedroom. Today was under the bed which like everywhere else is so full of stuff! I've pulled out all mine, to go through it, and I think most of it will go, as it's largely the kids school books. They don't want them, so I'll look through them, pull out or photo any bits I'd like to save, pull out any empty pages for scrap, and then the rest can go in recycling. The dust under the bed was horrendous, so it's much better now!
I also found my ring which I use as a wedding ring which has been missing for months. I'd gathered it had been knocked off the bedside table and assumed it was under the bed. It wasn't but was under the bedside table which I've looked under several times! Clearly not with a torch or light 🤦♀️ It probably helps that I find it easier to get down on the floor now with the weight loss and improved fitness, so I could probably bend lower
I've done a few surveys so will be able to cash out when they are all approved.
I made a lovely bacon and sprout 'risotto' using pearl barley from the freezer, and sprouts which are leftover from the Christmas veg. I've enough left over for lunch tomorrow as well. I discovered a few bits in the freezer that I'd forgotten were there, so will try and use them up too.
I did manage a bit of sofa time with a book as well enjoying the peace! I probably should have gone out today as it stayed dry for most of the day, but there's still loads of water on the roads. We're under an amber warning for rain again tonight, so that's not likely to improve the situation. I got some exercise in doing the school run anyway."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Cor, your 'nice quiet' day is more productive than my productive days!
Glad you found your wedding ring 😊 If I may be so nosy, why is it the one you use as a wedding ring?
What sort of thing was the kids thing that sold if you don't mind saying? If there's a yoot trend I want to know in case I can utilise it in sales 😂
