It's so nice to be on leave!! I've got a whole week to myself which feels like a lovely treat! Fingers crossed no one gets the plague for the next week.
Work has been so tough, so I'm glad to be off, even though it's probably bad timing. I'm not going to worry about it until I go back.
Our microwave almost caught fire the other day so that has been decluttered. I've just ordered a replacement and we'll pick it up tomorrow. I do use it a lot, particularly in the week for quick lunches, so I've missed it!
I got over my spending block the other day, and ordered a special edition vinyl box set that I have been coveting. It got discounted by £15 which is the cheapest I'd seen it. It was covered by my Christmas gift vouchers, so although it was still expensive, it didn't cost me anything! I got bored of looking for bags too so just got the cheap one I'd been looking at. It's not too bad actually, and I'll find something nice another time.
So I've had a lovely time this morning listening to my new vinyl and just pottering around
I walked the dog this morning and walked to school too, so I've had some exercise too. I'm just going to gather up a bag of stuff to take to the clothing bank at school as I checked this morning and it's empty

New microwave collected today, and various bits of shopping done.
1/2lb lost for me today which is ok but I would have liked more!
The weather is horrible here, everywhere is flooded or waterlogged. I was hoping to get out and about this week, but not sure I'll be doing much as we have rain warnings for a good part of the week, so the water levels aren't likely to be reducing. I'd considered going to the coast on the train but the line's closed. Hibernating it is then!
Hope it's not too soggy/windy/icy elsewhere."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee7 -
Well done on your loss - we always want more! I've had a Maintain for the last 2 weeks even though I've stuck to plan. I find it really frustrating but hoping it will come off next week!3
