Interesting that others have had similar experiences as I seem to be going through…
Another hectic day with a 7am start due to needing to meet contractors to discuss issues with the new guarding I have had installed on one of our critical machines. Can’t remember all the other stuff that happened today, but it was a lot …
Came home and had a gentle wander in the garden … ❤️ Harvested some parsley and cut some snowball bush (osmanthus maybe? 🤔 ) as it smells stunning 🤩Put some wild rice onto cook and once cooled, had that as a side salad with the parsley, one of last year’s shallots, a couple of finely chopped gherkins, a good grating of veggie Parmesan and a light dose of olive oil, wine vinegar and Dijon mustard dressing instead of frozen chips. Absolutely delicious 😋
Ordered more fishy feline food … Always her preference! 😉
Retrieved and printed out the MnS code for the return I didn’t manage to send off last week. I will aim to do that tomorrow.
Booked a table for lunch with my friend on Saturday 😊 Ordered some new laces for my work shoes as they snapped as I was hurtling out the door to my first physio appointment last week! 🙄

Thanks @beanielou 😊
Soooo tired today. I was really struggling to function in work. I baled at noon as I started there at 7am yesterday.
It took me two attempts but I did finally manage to get the QR code up for the MnS parcel so that has finally been sent off! Hallelujah! 🤩😉Bought me a cucumber and reported a sticky out bar on the veg stand thingy that could have had someone’s eye out! (I swerved around it as I reached into the display.) Apparently it was meant to be displaying a promotional stir fry notice, but it had fallen off and no one had replaced it. Anyway, I left with a clear conscience… 😉
Got some washing in and after lunch, on the line. Cool here without much breeze but with some sun. Came in fairly dry and is on the standard airer not the heated one. 👏
Whipped around and emptied all the internal bins.
Caught up with all my financials … after not touching them for three weeks! 😳😂 Nothing too alarming or exciting. I do have £269 left over savings from fixing the car air con, so that has now been redefined as the ‘Fixing the KK fund’ 😉❤️Simple tea tonight - need to pick some parsley from the garden for the salad and I have updated my signature details with OPs made to date and an estimate of interest saved 😊

Oh and treated myself to some shower aromatherapy steamers. Trying to find treats / rewards that aren’t food based. 😊

Let me know if the steamers work well, I bought some in the past but they were a bit disappointing, a shame as it’s a lovely idea.

Excited here! I've seen those steamers and wanted to try them but never actually got round to spending on them - want to know if you love them 😊
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!2 -
I will feed back 😊
