Thanks for the feedback @greenbee, @Skint_yet_Again, @Watty1. I do feel a bit guilty about the waste but I suspect you are correct.
Quiet morning in work - boss still off sick and not likely to be back next week either …
I am feeling quite positive though as I have:
~ Dropped off a whole heap of books at the charity shop in town that does take them and the modelling tray that I bought for Mr KK that he never used … 🙄🤷♀️😊 My conservatory hasn’t looked so clear in months! 🤩
~ Changed my library books.
~ Thought about buying compost so I can sow sweet peas but as I am driving the courtesy roller skate and can’t open the boot, I will leave it until Sunday when we are planning a tip run.
~ Done my second session of training - the hip openers were a disaster, I held plank for a crumb longer - go me! 😊I have a state of mind (or something) call in c. 20 minutes. Then I will refuel the roller skate and collect my car (🤞 the bill isn’t too ferocious…).

Car collected. I was right it was just dust etc in the brakes (Mr KK was having collywobbles that, because they were making a slight noise, they were going to fail on me or some such … 🙄😂😉). They have been cleaned, the greasy bits have been regreased and they are all aligned. £78 which I didn’t think was bad at all 😊
The mindset call was just introductory. I have another call in three weeks, in the meantime I have to watch and note what I say to myself.
Mr KK had lit the fire by the time I got home as he had become grumpy from being cold working in an unheated shed all day, painting. He’s now in an unheated garage, playing … explain the logic of that please someone?! 😂KK

That's a lovely offer but I'm not eating food at a rave, I have enough going on in this world without new portals of reality appearing before my eyes 😂
