That toolbox is so cute.
I sorted out the pasta and cereal cupboard. Four items out of date removed and tidied up the rest of the cupboard. It looks so much better.

Large item promised to friend’s son a couple of weeks ago is now in hallway ready to deliver - will try to do that in the next couple of days. Emptied a couple of the older accounts boxes that came from the loft a few months ago and some shredding can be done. Will need a further sort through of some of the papers but at least they are now in a cleaner box so easier to do.
More food items in the plan to uu. Enjoyed the ease of the ready meals but wouldn’t want them all the time. It’s back to cold meals only later this week as it’ll be too hot in the kitchen for eating hot food.

@Yorkie1 thought i'd got all the bits after hoovering 3 times, then spotted more under the freezer door and hoovered under the nearby rug and brushed the floor
@energyshifter very cute toolbox

Saturday is another hot sunny day with a high of 27°C, low of 13°C & feeling 1° cooler due to a SSW wind. DH is watching MotoGP qualifying races & I am ready to start the cheerleading:
Liverpool_Anne, yikes to losing your debit card 😱 but yippee that no damage done & nothing gone from your account 🥳😮💨 although you could have done without the inconvenience 🙁 More excellent decluttering from the conservatory 👏 Well done on safely decluttering beautiful butterflies from your house 👏 Good luck sorting the “camping corner” in the conservatory, decorating the under stairs toilet & tackling the tree stump 🍀
QueenJess, great news that DS seems to be embracing the decluttering ☺️ 2kg of Lego is a sizeable declutter so I think deserves a medal 🏅immediately 😊 Excellent decluttering 👏 especially the new coat bag being filled & decluttered so quickly 🤩 I nipped into the TLC carriage & managed to nab a biscuit 😋
Excellent work in the garden florianatwobob 👏 I love how you have repurposed hairpins ☺️ Also pleased to hear that your bottles of nail Polish have found a new home ☺️
suzeesu2000, well done paying all your bills so that you don’t have to think about it for another 4 weeks 👏 Good luck clearing your pantry shelves & deciding how to restock 🍀 Pleased to hear that your DH will be tackling the weeds rather than leaving it to you ☺️
Excellent decluttering oceanspirit 👏
Lovely cheerleading Yorkie1 ☺️ Yippee to managing to get a slot at the Tip & offloading the 2 bags of garden waste 👏 Good luck dealing with emails & sorting photos 🍀 Grr to the shop closing early 😖 so inconsiderate.
TC77, so happy to hear that you are reaping the benefits of your decluttering 👏 Not only easier to tidy but also to find items immediately ☺️ Good luck sorting out your phone 🍀 Very kind of you to house sit for DD1 😊 It has just registered that DD2 is away with her dad so hopefully she will come back refreshed & ready to tackle her decluttering & maybe assist you with your decluttering 🙏 Just wondering if the money from sale as has been earmarked for something specific 🧐 I popped into the TLC carriage & sampled the smoked salmon 😋
Willowtree222, good luck sorting the garage & filling skip 2 🍀
TC77, shame about the glass bowl 😞 I will join Yorkie1 in requesting that you take care as splinters of glass will keep appearing for weeks if not months, please make sure you are always wearing shoes/slippers 🙏
Great work in the garage Willowtree222 👏
I have almost caught up with the cheerleading but am flagging due to the heat 🙁 Hope everyone is having as good a day as possible 😊 Plenty of cwtches 🤗 are available to anyone who would like or need one ☺️

@TC77 after hoovering try damp mopping to get the splinters. Maybe using a binable old tea towel to catch the splinters. Then once the floor dries get down low and shine a torch along the floor as that will likely show any bits that have been missed.
Did I mention the further kitchen cupboard declutter I did? Stale cereal sprinkled around the bird bath, nasty too sweet cheerios sprinkled behind the bin for the foxes to find or to eventually dissolve into the border. And the 2 packs of way out of date raisins sprinkled under the cherry tree so that the birds have a chance to snack on them - they ate the cherries so they are used to hanging about there.

Back again. I really struggled with the books, but managed to declutter 95 of them in the end. There is a small box of books in the loft now for DD when she's slightly older and then a few extra books which DS used for school stuff that DD is likely to also need. I have a stack of about 7-8 books I will read to the kids (I read every night).

Very unexpected quick 30 minutes tonight. DD had lost something in her room and I was looking in her drawers and asked her if she wanted to bin anything. She is normally hesitant but just said yes and we ended up with a bin full. Most can be recycled, just some bits that couldn't. Couldn't actually believe she said yes. She has also donated lots to my new school. That will leave on Monday and I will count it all then.
She is a hoarder so this was unusual and very welcomed. Getting a lot more room in the drawers.

DH sprayed all the weeds early today, said I’m not to touch anything until they are properly dead or they will just come straight back up again. So no yard work today for me. DH made us both butchers sausages in crusty rolls for dinner. I have had a day of complete rest, I really have done almost nothing apart from making tea.
Took some photos for my cousin in Arizona. Been meaning to do it for days, now done. Also put some protective sticker things round the hall light switch to keep the wall clean.
Been warm again today and they are threatening 36 for late next week but will be warmer each day up to it. Deep joy!
Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend. Have a good night, sweet dreams xxSaving 1 animal wont change the world - but it will change the world for that 1 animal

@EnergyShifter what a fabulous colour that toolshed is now! What goes in the top smaller part?
@QueenJess 95 books to go to the CS is hugely impressive. I would have re-read all of them and not been able to park with any.

Mrs SD I hadn't earmarked the sales and not huge but thinking about it may treat myself to an extra nice place to stay when away or a treat of some sort.
@Brie usefuk suggestion about the cloth. I tend to use Henry hoover then my cordless one whi h has a light … always amazing what it shows up after I've swept an area.
Realise in addition to the bowl.i have decluttered 2 bottles of bubbly drink one yesterday when friends came round and one tonight at my cousin's and also a card for friend from my stash making 4!
