I have been busy with work and DS is finishing school today till September.

Apart from normal clutter I have done quite abit, not many sales over the last week

Took the blister packs to boots

Batteries have been recycled

Emails still keeping on top of

Photos deleted

2 x gift bags used and some tissue paper

1 photo frame used

@Deb4 you've reminded i dropped off 2 batteries yesterday. Took out food from shelves putting those needing eating together- think some curries and stees to be made although not summer fare. 3 items out , also old metal water bottle and some card.

So 6 more to add.

Loving the small areas which aren't overstaffed.

Booked an overnight train for my trip but on top berth so we will see if I get up there how easy to get down! 🤔 tickets only released today but most gone.

Day 23 of the Minimalist game and……. I finally threw in the towel. I ran out of steam after 12 items today so in total I have decluttered 265 items this month. Without a doubt I am most pleased to have decluttered the gypsum - I thought I was never going to be rid of it!. Playing the game has motivated me and I hope that continues …

Did some work in the garden after I finished coaching. I am currently trying to uncover the paths that I know are there somewhere 😂 - yes it really got that bad 🤦‍♀️.

I think it makes sense for me to focus on the garden while the weather is good. I only have one client tomorrow so hopefully I can make more headway on that. ☀️

So sorry for your loss Florenceem

I finally organised a tip appointment for today and filed the car up with indoor and outdoor stuff, I dismantled the old wooden garden table to get into the car. I suggested lunch out with my sister then told her it would be via the tip so she helped unloaded 🙂 we had a good catch up, she saw two of our sisters at the weekend and I had a long telephone conversation with another so family gossip.

I've added three bath towels to the four hand towels ready to drop off at the vet next time I go pass.

A dozen books bagged to go to Petworth on Saturday plus the same number from my sister to take in.

2 Vinted parcels posted off today.

Plotted what needs to be done ahead of the potential loft conversion. So little on paper….more than enough in reality

It inspired me to review the TBR pile. 3 books to the Ziffit box and 2 to the donation pile

DSis then remembered the garden furniture cushions that we don’t really use. They’re going outside by the gate tomorrow. They’re in good condition as we don’t use them but with summer hols starting they’d make good cushions for small people to sit on in the garden. Also very good for pillow fights! May stick the books out in a box with the cushions in case anyone is interested.

Also swapped energy provider today. Current FR is finishing the end of Aug and a quick quote on the MSE Energy Club site has found me a cheaper provider. Not a huge amount difference on a monthly basis but 100% green electricity and total cash saving will be the equivalent of about one big food shop by the end of the year, which is worth having.
