Gypsum has gone!!! The woman from Freecycle came through in the end and collected it this evening - she even took a couple of half bags which I hadn't expected to get rid of. I'm so happy !!! I can't believe its gone !!! 💃🕺🏻👯♀️. Literally if I don't even declutter anything else this month I will consider it a massive success now! 🎉
Completed day 20 of the Minimalist Game - 210 items gone this month
@florianatwobob - really like those paintings !
@BlueJ94 - love the skirts - especially the blue one !

Emails down from 193 to 187. The Big Tidy Up is causing a Big Mess 😂 as lots of things are spread out in their categories to be sorted. More books packed - no more on the ‘out’ pile yet. More papers shredded and will need to get those ready to go in recycling bin tomorrow. Another friend contacted and an arrangement made to meet up.

Love the pictures and good frames
@StickyTheStickInsect so much going on, well done and be kind to yourself
My mojo definitely on holiday. Scaffolding coming down this morning so may motivate me. Need dd2 input as her answer is ' I don't care ' at the moment but gets upset about change so would prefer her on board. Spent house trying to work out European train booking systems with no booking actually made. Looking at an overnight train which seems even more complicated

Morning all.
I need to pop to the nearby Asd. to collect a package - I ordered flesh colour yarn for my gnome faces and noses. I started knitting an olive green girl gnome for bestie - I already have a boy made in that colour. Bestie wants the pair to go in a vintage caravanette her and hubby are getting.
Youngest Son is calling here this afternoon with the cable I need for the DVD player.
I really must do some sorting in the new ROD today after I have done some ironing.
Decluttered - trousers, bra, plastic bags, polystyrene, colour catchers and cardboard boxes.

@BlueJ94 I love all of your items!
I have been busy this morning, I have made a quiche from scratch, it's in the oven now and smells amazing. I've prepped everything for a lasagne to make later, made a cheese and onion sandwich filler for pack up and have a load of washing done and on the line.
I need to straighten some hessian and modpodge it so that it doesn't fray. it's an awful job but the results will be worth it (I hope)
Sending good wishes to all

Good morning all. 😁
I got my first reasonable night's sleep last night since the heatwaves began! Plan for today is to find my mojo. 🤣
I've already been out to F4rmFoods and L1dl: FF had sugar at 49p so I picked up the 5 bags, max allowed, ready for some jam making on a cool day. That will let me declutter the freezer and make space for the garden produce coming in. Then on to Mr L. I won nearly £20 off a shop in the comp they had on their app last month. No one more surprised than me as I only had one entry as I was trying to reduce my backlog of food, so barely reached the minimum spend for an entry all month. So, while general HH stuff has been leaving the house, loo roll, kitchen paper, dishwasher tablets etc have come in. They are the things that mount up on the weekly shop so I figured the best things to spend the mini windfall on. 🤣
As I said, the small raised beds I have and the greenhouse are producing more than enough for me.
This was the picking the day before yesterday 😁😁Chillies, tomatoes and the green beans are in overdrive at the moment as is the marrow that I'm picking as courgette. Cucumber and soft fruit haven't faired so well at the moment. The chard has bolted but I've discovered that I love this type of leafy greens sweated down with garlic and a bit of salted butter. All that leaf produced 4 tablespoons of greens for adding to flans/casseroles or as a veg. I was really chuffed with my first bit of sprouting broccoli too.
I seem to be spending a lot of my time processing food but before the sun got too high yesterday and reached the toolshed I made a bit of a start and began evicting the old wood left in there by the previous owner. I can't count it until it leaves the property but if it isn't in bags ready to go, it won't go. So I think a bit of progress is being made both physically and mentally.
@vulpix Oh, no that Mr V has fallen again. I agree with the comments about slippers and have bought a new pair which will just be used for sitting in the lounge and my old pair that I had issues with withh be used for night visits to the loo only. I'm still researching house shoes for the day. I also noticed I was feeling slightly unbalanced, (more than usual 🤣), in the heat which I put down to slight dehydration. I do hope he recovers soon and with others, agree with you that if it happens again then a precautionary trip to the GP is a good idea.
Well done everyone on what you've all achieved. I'd better get on with the long list of little things I should do today. Hugs to those who want and love to you all. Dxx

Thank you for floating fountain recommendations and all your photos.
Didn't do a deal in the garden, I think I had too much sun and had to come in. My friend came and strimmed the lawn and did some weeding in the back. Another ton builders bag of garden waste to go to the tip. More cloud today so I hope to get all the stepping stones finished. I am a bit fed up of gardening every day but I need to make the most of the weather. I have plenty of stuff to do indoors when it rains.
Mr V went to the Doctors. He feels better to have had his horrendous bruises checked out. Prescribed codene and paracetamol. he has ordered some Sketchers slip on shoes to use as slippers.
dND, lovely looking produce.Sadly Mr V flattened my chilli plant in his fall! He did miss the courgettes though. Next year I hope to be able to have some raised beds rather than pots. There are several fruit bushes in the back garden already which will have to come out for the new sheds site. I have a small quince that I will try to pot up, I will leave it alone as long as possible.
We have had our first cat gift at this house, a rat. Go big or go home Fluffy!
Take care all

Gardener is decluttering a lot of our climbing roses which were considering doing a "face plant" on the lawn. Not sure why it decided to break free of the arbour but I need to unravel the twine so the we can try to tie it up again. The base of one bush is about 8 inches across so a lovely old thing and I do not want to lose it!!! Besides it's normally full of birds and they'd miss it too.

Hi everyone
Not properly caught up but @MadamMim2013 so sorry to hear about Gizzy, I have 2 cats and they are very precious members of our family.
Yikes to the rat @vulpix 😮
Thank you for my star Mrs S_D
I managed to drop off one large bag for the local hospice charity shop who have a donation unit at the nearby business park with parking outside. I also dropped off some coat hangers at Sainz and soft plastics at the c00p.
I've decluttered money to the garage as I had another car repair - I've spent about £3k on my car this year - perhaps I should've bought a new (second hand) one but nevermind.
DD2 is here for a few days and we are going to have a walk by the sea later :)
Love to all
