No decluttering done today I met with a friend in Chichester for lunch and a catch up it was her birthday last week so we had a Prosecco and raspberry cocktail with lunch 🍾 I did sit too long we only moved from morning coffee to lunch so my shoulder is now complaining again. My elderly friend informed me last week not to visit if I couldn't take her out (I don't want to put her wheelchair in and out of the car at the moment) today she said the same as well as saying she preferred tonwatch tennis then talk to me!!
I found my sandals just before I left, I must have been man looking the last twice I searched the house! They were on the shoe rack but in my defence one was on top of the other so just showing the sole and my coat was hiding them 🙄

Hi all, Well the past couple of days have been good but the footy has got my sleep pattern all over the place 😂. I didn't stay up to watch the England game once I knew the kick off had been delayed an hour, I just recorded it and watched it this morning 😁
So lots of things cleaned, lots of things binned / recycled and a union thing done between the footy 😁. Managed to get the washing dry but had a tricky time at the bag wash. The machine I used had a faulty door which kept popping open when it was spinning and I had to keep jumping up to hold it closed before it flooded the place 😂. Luckily I was pretty quick off the mark the first time it happened and was ready for it when it happened again. The golf balls were passed to ln for her sil and I even deleted some emails 😂
Tomorrow I am going to stay with my friend's son for a couple of days. My friend has gone on a well earned holiday but her son has MH problems and admits he doesn't do well on his own. I have no idea what we will be doing apart from talking about footy but I suspect it may involve some gardening 😁. I have packed a small bag and have a list of things to add in the morning so feeling quite organised 😂. Last famous words 😂.
@EnergyShifter nice to see you back but falling off the EDT is the least of your woes, hope things improve for you soon, big hugs.
Right time for bed, adding 33 to my numbers, that surprised me when I checked my list 😁. Hugs to everyone who would like one.

Take care everyone

Monday is hot, hot, hot 🥵 with a high of 32°C, low of 18°C & a very occasional strong westerly breeze. Having received an email from SKY at 00:02 today confirming our appointment for Tuesday between 08:00 and 13:00, we have spent about 4 hours with plenty of ‘hydration breaks’ moving furniture & boxes + hoovering/cleaning (done by DH) & making sure the installation chap has access to all wiring etc to put in the new box & reconnect TV & DVD/VHS player. DSis cleared the coffee table - both top & shelf. I also took the opportunity to wash our sofa covers & polish our 2 tables + went through a couple of paperwork folders - 0.5” shredding (1068) Prior to starting this I had sorted out all the yarn & sewing accoutrements from M’s flat & it is now all upstairs in our bedroom - I had just enough space in & on top of the Kallax wall unit. There are quite a few sewing accoutrements which will be donated to CS once I find the best one 😉 Dinner was chicken supreme & boiled new potatoes for DH & I + finished off the tomato, red onion & mixed peppers in balsamic vinaigrette whilst DSis had fried chicken & boiled new potatoes. Wudupa.
1069 - 1075 Kitchen recycling, 3 brochures, cardboard box, 0.5” paperwork from DSis, drinks cans - recycled
1076 - 1078 Kitchen & lr detritus, vacuum emptied 3 times

Morning all.
I was looking for my bucket but haven't found it - must be outside in the garden storage bin. I need the bucket for J to wash down the garage door.
Hope it is not as hot as yesterday.
If J finishes in the morning - I will go into town to the charity shop so I can empty my shopping trolley. I can then sort through stuff that has come out of the airing cupboard. I expect my shopping trolley will be filled again.
I didn't finish a gnome yesterday but plan to do so today.
I have fish cakes out of the freezer for dinner today with LO tinned petit pois & carrots. I find that there is not a lot of taste in tinned veg. Just using them in my challenge to eat from stock.
Hope everyone has a good day.
