Sorry to read about Florenceem and her husband. I thought about them the other day as I walked past a Salvation Army building in Southend.17

My DS has gone back to school today 😀as we only live next door don't need to go to early and stand out in the cold. I have pegged some washing out not sure what it will be like 🤣
So far today I have put rubbish in the bin along with some school projects that was just hanging around, checked the post box one letter in went straight in to the recycling.
I have sent a message to college about the medicine cups so just waiting to hear back, just watching some of my programmes of the planer.
Need to start looking for a job, as I'm not going back to my current role as it's not worth the stress and I can't really do it anymore due to my health issues
Think that's everything so far.

Decluttered a pair of Mr🐞 pants as they had a hole in, made the hole bigger as I know he would say they still had life in them🤣.I have a lovely white cotton lacey table cloth and ended up with jam marks on it. I have vanished it, but it’s not come out. Any suggestions of how to get rid of it? Otherwise it’s the binDeclutter 6 / 2026

Just off to visit my Mum. She is 92 today. As well as mainly food gifts I will be decluttering to her a new fleece blanket that I have never used.
Welcome to the latest joiners, I look forward to hearing about your wins.
I amaze myself on a daily basis about what I can let go. Things that I thought I had to keep only a few months ago. Decluttering really does get easier, the more you stick at it,the more you want to do.
ladybird, as your table cloth is cotton I would soak it overnight in hot washing powderd water. I do that and also just give the area a good rub together iykwim.

Sending hugs to those who need them.
I'm saddened to hear about florenceem and her husband, hope they get the support and help they need.
I've taken a small bag of food to the food bank point, plus have put 4 t-shirts lurking in the wardrobe I won't wear into the charity shop bag
I've managed to resist buying several paperback books too when I've had a wonder on the charity shops.Decluttering campaign 2023

@ladybird1106, my white cotton tablecloth had a red wine stain and a large brown ring from the gravy jug as well as a few smaller stains. I soaked it in warm water with a couple of scoops of Lidl's Formil oxi action white fabric stain remover and it's now pristine. DD used to use it for her sons' cricket whites.18

Thank you for the further lovely messages for florenceem, I have passed them on so she knows we are thinking of her at this point when she is not checking the boards herself.
As per their strong Salvation Army faith, florenceem wanted to let you all know that Mr F has been Promoted to Glory this morning, phrasing which reflects their belief in eternal life.
Florenceem is continuing to be supported by her Church family and will come back to our online community when she feels ready.

Rest in peace, MrF. I am so glad he has been freed from pain and the cares of this world. In my church we would say that he has "exchanged time for eternity." Gentle (((hugs))) to florenceem xx22
