A few more bits done and managed to get some stuff (mainly actual rubbish) out of DS's room whilst he was tidying it up. It still remains a very overwhelming room. I got him to sort out his pens and pencils to keep the variety he needs so they actually fit in the pencil pot. The rest are in my drawer and will be used when he runs out of something and needs a colour. I won't need to buy any colouring pencils or pens for the rest of their lives….
1 - bathroom supplies used up
2 - colouring pencils used up (cannot sharpen anymore as too short!)
1 - shorts I don’t like (charity bag)

A job that has been long overdue is done. I use a stainless steamer and the base inside was pretty bad with limescale. This end of the island has very hard water. Filled it up with white vinegar and left overnight and it’s like a new pan this morning. So pleased.
Dinner was HM cottage pie from freezer.
Sold some bedding on Vinted so packed and given to friend who does post for me.
Decluttered just household stuff today.
Bin out for tomorrows collection.Other than usual daily chores, I have done nothing, nice relaxing day working on family tree, got a big chunk dealt with.
Have a good night all, sweet dreams xx

I had a lazy rest of the day after Church. In the end I didn't sew up any bits but did quite a lot of knitting.
Bestie asked if I can help at a SA event in July - I have a dental appointment booked but will change it.
I had a tub of sweets next to me while I was knitting - not many left!

Sunday is a rather dull day & despite the temperature only reaching a high of 23°C it feels very muggy & warmer with a low of 16°C A light W wind is supposed to be making it feel 3° cooler but no evidence so far. The sun is making a valiant attempt to break through the clouds & is occasionally successful 😊 DH has been watching the MotoGP races & DSis has done some laundry. DH & I had salad whilst DSis had chicken drumsticks & sa ours rice. Wudupa.

@Brie, hope you're ok.
@SpikyHedgehog good use of the pins and I'll try with duvets in the winter.
Nothing done today as went on very long walk in Kent and had to sit,/lie down this evenkg to recuperate. Had set today for tidying but friend invited me yesterday for today and seemed good walking weather. We were definitely the stragglers and abit longer walk than we usually do.
But yesterday bedside table collected, teapot posted with lots of packaging, card posted from stash, 2 items to textile recycling, papers, 770.
