Another night of pain - I see the Dr tomorrow.
Went to a local corps with my bestie - she was preaching there. Bestie took the 4 bags of donations that I had in the hall way. So it is clear but not for long.
I brought down a cd case from the large ROD - there were some floppy discs in it. I threw most of the cds but kept 3 that were photos. I changed my screen wallpaper to one of my 6 year old granddaughter - she is 25 now.
Bestie is away next week so I have to decide what I am doing on Sunday. Do I go to my old corps, go to the local corps we visited today or ask a friend for a lift to where I have worshipped since I lost Mr F.
I will take my loaded shopping trolley of donations to the charity shop tomorrow morning. Bestie is picking me up to go for lunch with a SA friend.
Finished another pair of gloves - bestie said they are Pentecost colours.

Bought a new pillow and so am trying to decide what to do with the old one. I may try to wash it but I know charity shops won't want it. Maybe the Dog's Trust?
Anyways when buying the pillow I discovered that the "free delivery over £60" didn't apply because the pillow was £59.99 without vat. (website sells mostly to businesses) So I would have to pay an extra £7 for delivery. So I fiddled about on their site to see what else I might possibly want. Considered getting a cheap loo brush (£1.50) to give to a charity shop but then spotted that they had packs of 5 top quality Egyptian cotton face cloths for £9. Now OH declared a couple of years back that his face is too delicate for standard face cloths and so bought some that were about £5 each. And then after about a year complained that the ones he bought had lost their oomph. So I got the pack of cloths for him and then presented him with the stack of old ones and told him to throw out the ones he doesn't like. I'm about to go look in the bin he likely chucked them in to redirect them to the charity bag.

@Chieveley thank you, that's really useful to know
@Green_hopeful love the gravel drive and shrubs and plants
@Florenceem sorry to hear another bad night and hope the dr can work some magic.
Waiting for train back from DB, we went through some paperwork, photos and postcards. Found a batch of postcards addressed to someone else ?! No idea who. Kept unused postcards and will probably go to charity shop at some point, took stamps off postcards to family , interesting dating from 1950s and from all over the world. Trying hard not to get interested in stamps as don't need another collection of anything
Will check with cs if they want it.have photos of a few things to list, some photos to keep or think if I want to keep (many went in bin) and some may get passed to cousins etc.
Think I may count as 10 as more could easily have come home.

Did some sorting of stuff from the large ROD. It is taking so long as boxes/bags contain so many random items. I really don't remember a lot of it. I found Birthday cards from 2022 along with a new WT pair of pyjamas - not my size.
I already have a bag full for bestie's charity shop.
Decluttered - 26 baby hats + 32 prem sets - cardi/hat - (going to a local charity), knitted squares, twine, knitted blankets, Mrs Claus dressing gown, fur hat, 2 men's toiletry sets, fabric, batteries, labels, sequins, blouse, soaps set, fur collar, floppy discs, cds.

@regnbue - when I was traveling to find ancestors for people, I would make a lot of photographs of the area where they lived. Several of the people had the photos enlarged to go on their walls. Your pictures would be very nice enlarged to go on your walls too.
