Evening all xx
@ Mrs_Salad_Dodger - Thank you for my medal 🎖️🙃.
@ Moorviews - I'll grab a hug tonight as my pain is beyond chronic at the moment and I really don't know which part of my body is the most painful 😯😫.
I've managed to cope with the HH basics todayincluding a line full of washing, and I also managed to hoover, but had to take a break in between each room, but it got done in the end. Babyface is much better today and enjoyed 30 minutes on her swing chair this morning before going into organising everything mode 😂🤣. Having said that, she decided to go and spit out & hide her morning tablets under her bed in the bedroom which I found this afternoon when hoovering - minks 😥😮. Needless to say, this evening I put her tablets down her throat and she's been in a grump since, so I've left her too it which has made her even more grumpy 😂 🤣. We did potter out for a slow short(ish) walk this evening, but she got a little tired which I'm not surprised at, seeing's as she hadn't had her morning tablets - swings and roundabouts 😅😁😂. I managed to put out the HH wheelie bin for decluttering tomorrow and am now having my usual mug of coffee before I at least have a lay down for couple of hours 🤨😥. I can't see much sleep happening tonight, but hoping for a catch up at some point during tomorrow as my scheduled appointment has been cancelled, so I'm in PJ's tomorrow as getting dressed just isn't going to happen, unless I managed to get a little sleep.
Pottering off now. goodnight all - take care xxxx Toodle-pip for now xx

Hi all, sorry for being missing for so long. Various things have happened and are happening that have stressed me and I have had a series of not terrible but annoying health issues that have added to the stress. I am not convinced the stress is over but I am getting my head around things and getting back on track. I have felt totally overwhelmed with everything but next week I am going to Anglesey for a few days and I hope the short break will give me the lift to reset.
I am sorry I haven't caught up with a lot of the posts so apologies if I have missed something important. I hhope you are all well and thriving.
I have kept a list of the few things I have managed to do and am adding 158 to my total so if my maths is right that brings me up to 521/2026 😁
Take care everyone

@Liverpool_Anne lovely to see you and hope you have time to relax when you're away. I do hope the overwhelm will lessen.
Realisation this morning how chaotic and disorganised my house is. Things are not near where they are likely to be needed, some things I'm sure are some where but no idea where. Off to my basic sewing class and will then make a list for the weekend. Have plans for a walk with a friend tomorrow and a museum with a friend Sunday so leaves me time to tackle frogs and some decluttering.
Sorry to hear so many declutterai are in pain and have struggles and sending hugs.

Morning all. I had a pain free night.
My J has arrived - to put a second coat on the feature wall. I looked online about adding a small amount of water to the paint but J thinks he will have enough. I am hoping that after he has painted the wall J will do some of the woodwork - there are 2 doors in that room.
I have sewn up a knitted fingerless glove this morning.
I plan a day at home. I will pop out for some shopping tomorrow as I need to make myself a picnic lunch for Sunday. No Church this week - I am going with my bestie and her family to Hever Castle. I haven't been there so looking forward to the outing. The day out is my Bestie's Birthday present and she has kindly invited me to go.
When my bestie finishes work at the charity shop today - we are going to collect Mr F's ashes. I just have been unable to do it before now - makes everyhing so final.

Just popping in - hugs to those that need it. I hope everyone enjoys the sunshine today :)
I am continuing to (very slowly not to waste it) use things up and trying my absolute best not to buy anything as I feel that is the real key not to get clutter! My freezer decluttering is going well and it is less than half full - I'm trying not to panic at the low amount of food in! I am hopeful I can fit the meat into our tiny kitchen freezer soon and then I can defrost the chest freezer as the rest will be fine in bags with some ice blocks.
I am also very slowly decluttering a few food cupboard bits that have been hanging around for too long, then I may need a slight rearrangement in the kitchen cupboards to fit everything in more sensibly. I am looking forward to the restocking element once I've decluttered, but as this is mse I will obviously be doing that on a budget :)

@vulpix - elf and safety warning!!! tell Fluffy to put on a hard hat and a high viz vest!! Might need ear protectors too!!!
@Florenceem - a new TV will likely come with FreeSat on it which means you will be able to watch lots of channels on demand. If you stick to on demand stuff and never watch live TV or use BBC iPlayer then you don't need a TV licence. You'll get letters from TVL to say you need one but they can just go in the bin.
Off to the tip today to hopefully rid the house of OH's accumulation of cardboard. And an old plastic bin that we used for recycling but now needs recycling itself. And then to TKMaxx as apparently they have bird baths.

Suzeesu, I am so sorry to hear about your cousin. You have been through the mill recently. Take care.xx
Deb 4, I like your button flowers, cute. I have some Indian newspaper that came wrapped round some teeth dissolving chutney. I put it in a frame but it's not right. Perhaps on the frame is the way to go.
Liverpool Anne, I am so happy to see you. have a lovely break. Don't forget to come back.xx
Sending love to you today Florenceem.xx
Mrs SD, never fear, J will do everything but it's me that thinks I am 30 and can get stuck in with physical work. Have a lovely trip, travel safe. xx
Dizzycap, here's hoping you and your little buddy have a better health day today.xx
A productive day at chez Vulpix yesterday. Whilst Fluffy was beavering away outside, J's joiner fixed 3 doors, put a ball catch on the downstairs loo door, fixed a sunken floorboard on the landing and took the dining room fire surround out and fitted the new/old fire surround. We need to return the lock we bought as due to the architrave it needs a different style.
The tiles in the dining room fire place will be changed when we get round to that bit of the house. I am very pleased with the new look. Plus it isn't balanced in front of the old fire surround waiting to fall over and brain somebody. The surround is taller than the 90's fire surround and just suits the proportions of the room better. The joiner found a lovely old Edwardian photograph behind the fire surround. It is a young woman, I will have to get her a little frame.
Mr V has just lashed the old fire surround to the roof of the car and taken it to my friend in the next village. She has recently moved to a 90's bungalow and it will look the part there. Much lower ceilings than us.
We have to go on safari now to the nearest open bank to get cash for the lads wages, plus materials.
I am off to North Wales tomorrow with DD1. Borre da.
