Hi everyone
@Florenceem , thinking of you and glad you have your daughter and SiL for company this afternoon.
@BlueJ94 I was also wondering if it was too early to have a glass of wine ! It's pouring with rain here so I'd rather have a warming cup of hot chocolate though :)
I have just deleted about 200 photos from my phone and 50 emails.
Love Deni

Have had a physically busy this week..
Sorted various tasks for Mum, including housekeeping..
Replaced 3 broken fence posts and repaired various slats too.🥵🥵 Digging out 15 year old concrete was pretty exhausting! (It’s all being repurposed in a job later this summer, so no waste! ) 😉
Moved tons of chipping and slate around.🥵🥵🥵
Am now flumpsed on the sofa watching Pennyworth as body says “nope.. no more today“ 🥱

@ BlueJ94 - I see you have some well planned decluttering over the Easter weekend 🤣😂
@Florenceem - Thinking of you, your in my daily prayers, and sending you ((((BIG HUGS)))) I understand your grief xxxx
I've managed to grab an half an hour of sane time, so just popped to to say hello and wishing eveyone a Very Happy Easter xxxx
The usual daily bin & cleaning decluttering, along with popping off to the CS to drop off a couple of bits with babyface pottering along & doggie trolly in tow - very handy to put the CS bits in & babyface, if needed😅😉. Babyface has had a much better night and day, although I will confess, I just had to grab 2 hours sleep this afternoon as I'm dead on my legs. I've also been doing a few things in the garden over the past week weeks; as I've been totally housebound looking after babyface, not large jobs, just leaf cleaning, a little weeding, clipping up all the fresh celemits growth, and checking the plants etc as way to keep myself sane for 10-15 minutes each day. The gardener has done the rest by keeping the lawn cut and edges nice 🤗.
Part of the back garden is looking particularly beautiful this year; picture attached, although not a particularly good picture! 😁😂. The swans have got all the large section of the back garden which the gardener did manage to mow the lawn and tidy up before the swans started building their rather large nest xxxx
Babyface has just demanded her evening meal, so popped off to do that and she's now buttons up kicking her legs up on the mat making grunting piggy noises 😂🤣 - someone enjoyed their homemade dinner 🐷🐽🐶Decluttering out the HH wheelie bin later ready for the Easter Saturday collection, and then I hope to be finished for the rest of the day - Famous last words 😁2 large piles of washing all done and dired outside; putting away a bit at a time and nearly done 😋. Still got the hoovering to do which I'm off to do now xxxx#
Take care all and Ta-ta for now xxxxx

DEb4 - many years ago we visited the ground. My boys met Stuart Pearce who had been injured so he was exercising on his own. They were thrilled.
I was telling my bestie about the trouble I was having - washing the dust off the new floor. Her husband brought me a Flas. Spee. Mop and replacement pads this morning. I used 4 pads to wash just the hall area before I could see on the wipe that it was clean. I still have a lot more floor to get clean.
My daughter and hubby were late getting here - had sent a message which I hadn't seen. She showed me holiday photos of Chile.
I am missing crafting as when I am doing that - I get so engrossed which is what I need right now. My crafting stuff is either in the garage or the old office - I can't start to sort it until the skirting board is painted and the new units are built and secured to the wall - a builder J job. I will get him to fix two hooks in the kitchen while he is here.

Been another of “those” days.
@florenceem sending hugs hugs and prayers for you,
Today is my Darling mums 104th birthday. I love her to pieces. Sadly, she was not aware of anything today, the newly prescribed morphine is adding to her sleeping. The lovely care staff at the nursing home made a birthday cake for her and all went into her room and sang Happy Birthday. I thought that was so thoughtful and kind of them.Decluttered my steam iron this afternoon as it blew the electrics, I had a feeling it was on its way out. I seem to go through irons a lot more than other people, wonder why. Borrowed DFriends iron so I could finish the ironing I had left. All done ready to be put away tomorrow.
DH is under the weather still, he has really not been good this past week, thought he was over the worst but today proved that to not be the case. He just had a lovely cheese and salad baguette today while I had Fish in crumb and AF chips from freezer.
Did one darks wash today ready to go on the line tomorrow. The forecast storm won’t be anywhere near us so should be okay.
managed to clear a good few emails.Hope everyone has had a happy Good Friday, Happy Easter all.
Have a good night, sweet dreams xx
