There have been two failed attempts by the supplier's courier to collect the PC.  These failed efforts seem to be at least in part down to the OP.

Not only do numerous individuals on this thread misattribute my beliefs and position, there also appears to be a large amount of incomprehension of my comments.

Even if I were wholly indifferent about a label or a receipt, the DPD won't take away the parcel without such a label. The courier even rang up his superior to ask him and his superior said they can't take a parcel away that lacks a label. And I can't do anything about their van being too small either. And a receipt shouldn't be an issue, they give you a red card saying something like "thank you for your parcel" or whatever.

I wonder what Mr Grumpy expects me to do? Somehow force them to take my parcel?

The people in this forum are of no help whatsoever. I seemingly can't even block people.  Am I able to delete my account?? I can't work out how to do it.
I believe you can email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com from the address associated with your account and ask them to delete it.
I did email them last night, but they haven't deleted my account yet. Must be cos I'm so interesting (jus' being flippant).

Or it could be because when you emailed them it was Boxing day and now it's the weekend............

So, you e-mailed the forum team on a Bank Holiday and it is now Saturday.  Perhaps a bit more patience is required.

Hopefully, they will lock the thread rather than delete it as it is somewhat ungrateful and disrespectful to the people that have given comment against the predicament that the thread can then be deleted because the answers were not what the OP wished to hear.  If the content is left in place, it may at least serve to inform anyone in the future with a similar matter.
Your assumption I am impatient is unwarranted. I never complained about their tardiness, I jus' sometimes like to make humorous comments.  As I have a couple of times now in this thread. It's an interesting pattern, though. People on here are constantly making up things I've said.  I imagine it's the type of person this discussion board attracts — the combative, condescending, obnoxious type of people. In order to win, feel superior, they like to pigeonhole those who they berate, it makes it easier for them. I'm certainly not just going by this thread, which hasn't been all that bad on the whole. I've been on here before using a different handle.

The answer are not what I want to hear? Well, the general message is that I shouldn't worry, that there is bound to be a significant delay since it's the Christmas holidays. So the content of the messages is, if anything, re-assuring. Yet another example of misinterpreting my stance. I'm disrespectful as the mods might delete this thread? If that makes me disrespectful, then presumably that must make them even more so!

It is not my assumption.  It is my logical conclusion from these comments:

I purchased my PC 3 weeks and 5 days ago.

I ordered on Friday 29th November.

on the 10th December it developed a fault to such an extent that this new PC became unusable.

However, it was on the 11th December when it was confirmed my PC had a hardware fault, it is now the 24th December, 13 days later, they will not be collecting my PC until sometime after Christmas

    Due to the outrageous delays,

Or were those comments expressing clear impatience not your own?

Quit the tiresome bait and switch games. I cannot be pestered with puerile posturing.

If you don’t want this thread any longer, then just ignore it. Don’t look at it. Don’t reply.

I suspect that’s easier said than done, though.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

With written text it is hard to know when someone is joking. Hence the ability to use emojis 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️👍🤣👌

But you claim S75 is a washout is wrong. Expecting them to do something over Christmas....

It will be because it's been holidays.
Even normally, they don't respond to reports/requests at weekends.
Just give them time to get around to it and don't look at the forum again.
I don't believe you will get any further helpful advice than you have already had.
