£100 that's brilliant!!  Yes prolific deffo my favorite, I'll only use a handful of survey sites these days.  Y.live, prolific, yougov, and just joined pinecone as people seem to say it is good, need to find a couple more that are bearable without the screenouts and shennanigans!
  • Gosh that sounds very unfair ThriftyPrincess40 :(  sorry to hear but well done with the extra payment x

Hi everyone, here to report back about tax return, which miraculously was under threshold so £0 to pay.  I thought I'd have a bill because we had to go on Universal Credit for a few months that year, and I assumed it was taxable, but it isn't so hooray!  @Highlanddream that sounds a great idea with the premium bonds... let us know if you win something with your set-aside tax money this month!!  While I was literally working out my totals I got a bit of a kick in the teeth with an email coming in telling me one debt has gone to a collection agency, even though I'd made partial payment and it was Christmas / New Year and only a couple weeks late, but whammo... so I've set up a direct debit with the company to have that one cleared by Christmas 'automatically'.  Sigh.  Paid first extra £12 with prolific survey withdrawal so :

    #10: owe £8120 of £8132
    Won £100!  :D

Prolific is quite good isn't it.

Just sign up at prolific. I’m unsure if there’s a waiting list, I’ve been with them a good 5 years with spurts of being interactive. If you get signed up answer as many of the about you questions as possible as this increases studies I find

I signed up with prolific yesterday and there seems to be a waiting list. I might go back and edit my profile a bit more though!

Congrats on the premium bonds win!

thank you :). Now I have to take loads out to pay for my tax but so glad it's in place. Though I am tempted to pay it out of my employed wages so I can add the lump sum my debt. Not really sure the best way to do it. It would make me debt free in less time. 😣 If you work at Prolific you can make a decent amount.

    Happy New Year everyone.

Can I join again please.  Last year went a bit belly up due to eprsonal reasons, and I'm still paying off flights, accomodation etc for that.  Christmas on top of that just wiped out any dent in the debt lol.
Making the decision to cut a few ours off my work has also affected my ability to repay more.  But my health both mental and physical has to come 1st.

Can I be put down for £4000 to be clearned please.  I'm hoping I can do it this year, and will be sitting down to try and figure out ways of making extra payments etc to try and get it done a easy and painless as possible.

As I type I'm going to start my journey with
